phone good but has alot of blunders.
1. no keypad light, this is a terrible mistake for nokia as phone is not user friendly, at night cant see your keys to type in letters does any1 has solution to this problem.
2. no radio, how can they do such a mistake or is it delibrate?
3. no wake up alarm u have to be resetting your alarm everyday
I just got the phone a few days ago and I actually like it. Although, I noticed that a couple of nos. saved in my contact which don't appear in my inbox - like when that person sends me a text message, his name doesn't appear even though his contact info is saved on my phone. What could be wrong???
The one amasing thing i found with this phone is.. there are no games.. u need to download them! why no pre-installed games??
I only have the phone bout 4 wks, i do like it, like the mesg reader, even though the names are often mis-pronuced.. I think the batt life is good, the memory without card ain't great, and ya it took ages to get to grips with the menu.. all that said, i wont be changing it for a while..
this phone is SAD ... small screen ... and it looses the network so many times ... I have to switch off and on the phone to get the network again ... Its camera is not cool and the keypad is fine ... its got no games installed anyways ... also the red colour chips out after 3 months of use ... I regret taking this phone for 16000 when it was launched .. I would sugest moto rocker instead of this .. its NOT a FUN PHONE
my mum has this phone, and don't get me wrong its a brilliant phone but there are three big annoying problems.
1) No front camera - video cslling has to be through the rear camera which means you can't see the other person while they see you. (tip - hold phone to a mirror whilst in a video call)
2) Menus are very clumsy and arranged strangely. E.g. you'd expect your ringtone setting to be under the settings options. Wrong! Its under tools
3) Very slow! The phone is occasionally slow to do things such as open menus and surf the net
This phone is still a brilliant phone, it's a bit like the N73, it's fantastic but it's rubbish. Its like a Fiat Grande Punto (European Car)
(Camera on E65 is really good even though its only 2.0 Megapixel)
Me & My Sister have The Same Nokia E65...
I Inserted 1GB Of Memory, After 450MB Of Usage The Performance Slows. I Reformatted The Memory Card & Sometimes Defragmented It But After 450MB Still The Same Problem..
But attery Life, Camera & Feature Are Very, very, Very, Very Great
Can Any1 Help me on this???
To all users:
Can this phone handle the blackberry software where you can configure your outlook email and receive such as a regular text message?it's called PUSH EMAIL...can it do such?
can ne1 temme .. how much up2 wat capacity memcard card can dis fone support
This is the best phone i have ever had. So far it is very reliable, no reboots nor locks with the applications. I like this Symbian since we can install whatever we want, i bought 2 GB MicroSD and now it behaves very good and access of the memory is good. I dont know why people complain for the alarm, that is just a feature, download and install (Handy Alarm e.g) like on PC :). Also, this is business class of phones, not multimedia and i guess if you want MM then buy a N95 or any N series, camera is good enough, just for basic pictures, anyways there is no best camera compared to the CANON or NIKON. I give this phone full A, it suits me perfectly, synchronizing with outlook is great, also battery is emptying fast but did you check that it takes one hour to be fully charged ...that is what business needs are :)...
Phone is not great! it is slow, sound is not clear, playback of songs and vids is not loud enough, not stereo, no repeat alarm, phone sometimes turns itself off, battery life very very bad, if you connect to wifi, it will die in an hour or so, and my phone is 2 months old!!! also its not very comfortable for browsing, screen is too small and browse software that comes with it is not good enough! I had to download mini opera! also, stupidly, there is no cam on the front of the phone, so vid calls must be done with the help of a mirror!
Someone knows somthing about the sound of this phone? loud sound?
i need this information quikly plz
i have had this phone 4 a bit now. i still do like it, i have had a problem with. it kept on saying insert sim. when it was in, it wast connecting my calls.
has any 1 had this problem as well?
Bought this phone with all enthusiasm but was totally disappointed...Had a voice clarity problem with the phone, 2ndly, wasn't getting my calls connected, lastly , battery life sucked! barely lasted for 2days despite minimal usage. All these problems i had just after 3months of purchasing the phone. Got an exchange from my provider and guess what the phone started peeling after 1 month!!!I still had the voice clarity problem...Well , this is the first nokia phone I have used that I am totally dissatisfied with..Had to pick up a simpler phone , nokia 6300....Giving me greater service.
I've been using the phone for the last 3 months. its good but not great.
1. Camera quality is BAD.
2. font size is very small and we need to download 3rd party softwares to increase the size.
3. Phone is very heavy.
4. no repeatable alarm.
Other than that its okay.. battery life is really good, internet n wi-fi is great, phonebook and slide is neat.
great phone i bought it month ago it's great but i have one question the point in the upper right in the face is it lite sensor or video call camera and if it's video call cam does any one know how to open it.please answer
To all users, How can you call over the voip system. Do you pass over your WLan-system at home together with a SIP account at some VOIP operator?
I have this CellPhone since 8 weeks, and i´m very happy with this Nokia.
Tools and environment very stable, application manager, file manager, Wireless manager all works very fine.
I have installed Opera Mobil browser, SmartMovie, Nokia MAPS (with México and Madrid info) and all works fine and quickly.
I have a nokia N73 too, in comparasion both are even in performance. (Nokia describes the N73 as a personal computer).
