heyy.. can anyone help.. i cannot download any applications in this phone! it shows download error and never works... how to resolve it??

Hello, can someone help me please. I have an e71x/at&t phone. But the option for 3G/2G (switch network mode) is gone. What i can only use is the 2G network. Thank you very much.
