Just add my opinion that in my case, after updating firmware everything fine and i am happy everything way improve. I hard reset my phone every time after succeed updating firmware.

after reading our user's opinions finally i decided
that, E71 is better then E72...,
main problems in E72(i have not yet used this mobile,these all are from our users)
1, speaker not mouch louder then E71,
2, camera image quality also same as E71's image,
3, battery backup also not well, when compare with E71,
4, somehow slow then E71(from our users),
i think, these above all are not a big problems, otherwise i felt it's a good mobile no doubts
main problems in E71(i have not yet used this mobile,these all are from our users)
1, after updating the the software wifi is not functioning well(somebody told few solutions for this),
2, it takes too time to find memory card's datas,
3, someone says keypad is not good,
good things with E71
1, good bateery backups,
2, loud speaker is better then E72,when hearing music&answering call,
hello friends within this week end i'll buy anyone of this model mobile

hi every one hope ur fine.i just tell u i love my e71 its stylish ,its nice and yes its far better than ,,e63,,and very ugly e72.ilove my e71 its very flashy and eye catchy.i hv in white its super duper hit.

i did restore all the defaults settings already but nothing happened. its giving me a headache. firmware update is supposed to enhance the phone's performance. hope we'll figure it out soon.

E71 or E72... moreE72 outclass E71 in newest software, camera, music (3.5 mm audio jack) and optical navigation (ok,some people said it's useless).
E71 wins E72 in rock build quality, cheaper price and stability.
Decide what you need before you purchase. If money is not your problem and you want "all in one phone" E72 is choice.

Hi,
Yesterday I purchased E-71 and I found that when we scroll for photos, the screen is flickering. And also there a very very very tiny point at the lower center of the screen which is visible when you see it in darkness under light. Now I am very confused what is wrong. And I took it as a gift for someone. Now should I ask for new piece or should I give it to Service Center. Personally I feel the shopkeeper should change the piece as it is only after I purchased and came home , found this problem. So could someone please guide me what should I do, I am very confused and need urgent help in making my mind or to find which is the right solution to this problem?

orlie_m, 22 Jun 2010I got my E71 last March 2010. It's my first wifi phone and first e-series too. Great phone. L... moreim using my phone since july 2009, but for chatting only. it was only then last april when i started using it for chatting, calling, texting and taking pics. but now, im kinda irritated. my phone can no longer detect my memory card. memory card has atleast 50% stored files on it.
can i use the front camera for taking pics?

well....this phone has all the things a modern smartphone should have. it's camera is decent(at least in my opinion), it's speakers are loud and clear, it has wireless etc. my e71's battery can last over a week, and i am using all it's features a lot. overall, the e71 it's the best choice for the ones who want an well-equipped phone, a business and in the same time a multimedia one...it's the best i've had till now...and i had the blackberry bold 9000, blackberry 8900, blackberry 9000, the iphone and so on..THE E71 ROCKS!!

im using the e71 for 2 years now and I Love it!, E71 is a killer phonea phone which has all the features I desired, completely stable and fast.
