I have been thinking about your problem, but am unable to come up with a solution. Have you tried to go to factory defaults. Try that by dialing *#7780# after taking a backup of the data. And then start settings allover again. Failing which reinstall the firmware.

Can E71 detect smileys?? As i am using this phone since last 1 year but not able to use smiley applications either in SMS also??

guys, i've been using this superb mobile since 2008 and till now, i have no comments on it. Wi-fi is very useful, i can check my mails w/o opening my laptop, durable and easy to use. I love this phone.

There are no settings for video calls. All you have to do is to connect through 3G and you will be allowed to make a video call using the front camera.
Alternatively, you can use Skype IM on the phone and you would be able to use the front camera if you are using WiFI broadband.

I got my E71 last March 2010. It's my first wifi phone and first e-series too. Great phone. Lots of available software in the net ( free ). Just hack your phone first.
I've loaded it with a lot of games and third party softwares. No problem so far. I recomend this phone to those who want a real smartphone which you can really customize in terms of applications.
This phone rocks... It is rock solid..

hi naseef.i used this lovely cell like daily 3 hours of music daily 1.30 hours of call and daily 500 or 550 sms using camera play games daily and my battery gve my 4 days waooooooo nice.its reall nice i have in white

I bought this phone for almost a month now & i think this phone is great..it has long battery life & good sound quality..& since its a symbian phone it has a lot of applications available on the net..i highly recommend this phone..
