u can also directly download from ur mobile by selecting download or store in the main menu.

Must be a solid fall if so much has been damaged. Mine keeps falling too but softly.
Please head straight for the Nokia Care. Please do not do anything to the phone else you may loose the warranty.

well i just got this fone, its nice and all, its got al i need, but it fell from me, and the navigation buttons and the camera aren't working. the navigation keys are just not responding. the camera is showing me 'feature not supported'........ wat can i do????????????

On the issue of firmware upgrade, The technicalities involved are somehow above my paygrade. Will consult a nokia centre for that. Thank you once again.

Hi. I have been receiving a 'system error' whenever I try to save a meeting ... moreTo hard reset dial *#7370# and enter 12345 for code. Yes hard reset erase everything in phone memory, so make sure you back up your data before do hard reset.
You can download Adv Call Manager in Ovi Store as it's free for Nokia E71 (come preinstalled on brand new one).
For updating firmware by yourself you need to download Nokia Software Updater (or Ovi Suite, but the software bundled in CD is not up to date one). Only up to date Nokia Software Updater can be used (new version just released). Make sure your computer has internet access. After you install NSU, connect your phone with PC Suite mode, it will detect current firmware and available firmware to download. Please full charge your battery before update. After firmware download accomplished (this step is most critical point, don't ever release cable from the phone and don't running another RAM hungry program in your computer) your phone display looks blank, wait for several minutes till it really finish.
Another alternative, you can go to Nokia Care Center and ask them to update your firmware.

All apps other than Kaspersky are free to download from either www.getjar.com or www.ovi.com. Kaspersky can be downloaded free on thirty days trial after which you will have to purchase the license from www.kaspersky.com

Hi. I have been receiving a 'system error' whenever I try to save a meeting in the calendar. Please let me know more about hard reset. My major concern is, will it erase my phonebook?
Kindly also let me know where to download the the advanced call manager & Firmware V.410.
