Nokia E71 - user opinions and reviews

I bought my black E71 more than a month ago. I have not experienced any freezing or restarting at all, not even once. This is one mobile phone that will surely stay with me for a long time, especially with the bad reviews on the newer sibling, the E72.

I want to buy this fone and I don't know whether it is good or bad...I used befoire an Lg KP500 Cookie and I think that everything is better compared to it..I just don't know if all those features are usefull..Please help cuz I don't wanna weist my money;)...thx

Keler, 10 Feb 2010kristijan, i just find out that my phone was made from korea.. not finland.. how about yours??... moredoesn't metter Keller I guess they are all fine ( nokia have factories all over the world ) mine is made in Hungary ( east europe )as long as you bought it from authorized seller ( shope ) you should be fine and your warranty will cover you if anything happens to the phone.

its a gr8 phone but the only thing wich goes wrong is it gets restarted automatically!
but now with its latest software updates hopefully 4ver
the low processing, hanging and automatic restart problems wud be conquered easily!!

i've been using this phone for a month
everything is good except it's suddenly restart without any reason (or i didn't know yet what's the reason) it happened for 3 times. anyone has an explanation??

it has "notes" and "active notes"
wtf is an active note???
why can't I see either when I sync to the computer with nokia pc suite???? what's so difficult about transmitting little bits of text???
why can't I copy and paste in the calender??
oh but it can scan business cards wooppee doo

had one for 5 months, will probably miss the keyboard, but that's about it, it has the most convoluted operating system known to man, there is no logic, rhyme or reason to it, it has many features but none that are particlarly useful, and when they are useful they are so burried in multilevel menus which names which are meaningless that you can never remember how you got there last time. It must have been programmed by a team of engineers with Asperbegers Syndrome, retarded doesn't even touch the sides

ruth, 06 Feb 2010hi! i'm from Philippines also, i just bought E71 2day, in nokia store here, but i found out th... morehi ruth! i've also observed that here in cdo city. most of the e71 units are Korean made. by the way,from what city are you? if you're somewhere in manila,then most likely you're right: nokia e71 units here in the country are Korean made. how's your nokia e71 and what color is it? if its working perfectly,then that's what really counts.
