Anonymous, 02 Nov 2009do u know how to open the back case???i bought this phone just today... help me pls!!!Turn your phone on its back - on the side bottom (where the metal back ends) there are 2 'buttons' - look more like mini speakers, press these and the back pops out a little - you can then gently slide out the back - hope this helps

this phone is good, but i really wanted the htc hero as its the best phone on the market and beats any other phone,iphone hands down.

i have this phone and although it is a decent phone, i really want the htc hero and am envious of my mate who has it, i want it!!!!!!! beats iphone and e71 hands down.

i was using noika messaging email for last one month.for last 2 days,it show sync sign properly,but my mails r not updating. when i looked connection info. it shows connection inactive and last sync status ; sync failed.
please heilp me.

I love my E71....but now I have problems with the firmware, i cant text anymore! And ive tried donwloading new firmware! it doesnt work!! Now i have to go pay my wallet off to get it done at a repair centre!! really disappointed right now!!

nokia e71 is an excellent phone. the problem is the keypad are very small to operate... but still its nice this the 2nd time i hve bought the same mobile in black colour

It's good but still OS is slow and after an intense use (let's say a busy day) happens to block and sudenly restarts. An A+ for the key pad (is the best I ever used) and downloading performance on UMTS & Wi-Fi.
