I would like to add - wi fi have been around in Indonesia since 2000. But it never grew much and has not been opted as a primary source of connection.
Even Laptops today in Indonesia are equipped with HSDPA 3,5g and also wi fi.

U dnt ha... moreHi Aniket, you are right, Indonesia only have hot spots / wi fi zone in malls, airport, cafes etc. Also it is available in certain commercial areas. But in residential areas we only have regular broadband.
In Indonesia, wi fi is not so popular. 3G is very common. India was too late and 3G was introduced only last year.
3G service was introduced in Korea in year 2002. But in Indonesia 3G became available in year 2003 (end of the year).
Unfortunately India was lagging in this area. I guess it was a political issue and Government of India had been postponing 3G till last year.
In Indonesia now we are in 3.5G which you measure in terms of HSDPA. Speed varies from operator to operator. Highest in Indonesia is 7.2 mbps. India is still in 384 kbps. If I am wrong please correct me.
Aniket, I believe you will update us regularly about the technological improvements happening in India. India is the country everybody wants to know about.
Keep in touch and keep writing. Have a nice day.

But to transfer Video from Phone to Pc you can do it without using any software. As I told you, save videos on your memory card and insert the memory card into your laptop/PC card reader using SD card adopter and do copy or cut and paste. Also you can trasfer videos via bluetooth.

I am glad that Indonesians doing job in Singapore are keeping themselves up to date with the the technology. Maids choosing E71 as their device ( A Symbian phone with Qwerty keyboard ). Its only intelligence if not a intention to feel rich.
I do not intend to compare only 2 phones. I have posted various reviews about various phones of many sites. But since this is a E71 sight you will find me speaking more about E71 and comparision to E63 is obvious since both these phones resemble and knock out each other in features. + and -.
Please do keep writing
Rajesh, 01 Oct 2009Friends,
I am an entusiastic gadget user. I will herein be with you to call black a black ... moreRajesh, in singapore, its common to see Indonesian maids using hi-end phones, you think they want to look rich? come on! they just wear slippers, shorts and t-shirts to send their employers' kids to school,E71 is an old phone, so cheap now, with contract, sometimes cost nothing. Why restrict urself to comparing E63 and E71? These 2 phones SUCK! and yet without contract, still expensive, if i'm not wrong, SGD429 for E63 and SGD549, E71.
For the people living in your country to behave this way is kind of SICK...i mean, using hi-end phones to look rich.So ashamed, and to those who feel rich cause they own E71...DAS MU KREWAK !!!
