Stephanie, 27 Aug 2009Can someone please advise if software (JAVA 6) can be downloaded onto this phone? Why do you need JAVA 6 on this phone? This phone is equipped with JAVA ME 2.0. I can imagine how stupid you are to ask such a question. Do you atleast know the system requirement to install java 6? This is a device built for communication, not for programming purposes. IF you want Java 6 I suggest you buy a desktop or a laptop pc!

Anonymous, 27 Aug 2009Hi,I gave my phone to my office IT department to synchronize it with my MS outlook, while they... moreif u have never synchronised ur mobile to PC or ovi contacts, there's no way to retrieve ur contacts.
btw, to collect ur Office emails, all u had to do was add an email account and ask ur IT dept. for the incoming / outgoing server name. rest all settings will be done by the mobile itself. dats wat i did n works fine.

This handset is fantastic!!!!. The Symbian S60 series software runs extremly well on the handset.
The overall performance is very gosod the handset runs very smoothly and very rarely come across errors, and repeated crashing.
The Camera is good considering this more of a business handset it does the job well. The ability to setup email is great i setup my hotmail account in 3 clicks plus 3rd party like MSN Messanger and Facebook can be installed as well.
The only issue i have found with this device is the keypad, its takes some getting used to as the buttons are raised in the centre.
All in All i would give this handset 7/10 for design an 8/10 for features and a 10/10 for performance

First download the software and then install it on your desktop. Then click on the icon created on the desktop it will point to upgrade software. I have done it and it works fine. Phone hanging issue is now resolved.
