the phone is agem, i just don't like the limits on the
memory and display options.
moving things from my memory card to my phone memory. but the phone is beautiful and the dual sim capability saves me a ton of hassles. the mp3 does not play wma files though...bummer!!!! cos my samsung does. but i really dig the phone.

Anonymous, 08 Jun 2009how should i charge my battery b4 first time use. i just bought this phone.nowaday the cell phone is highly upgrade. even is 1st time charging no need be afraid. all are highly control by circuit. just plug in and charge, when full it will auto disconnect. if want battery for longer life time please do not use until it hot, use phone when charging, and if can please totally use battery till less than 1 bar

one more thing...i read a lot of threads about ppl having problems after updating. should i update mine?! and i have the US version so what does that mean. is the update only for UK? im loss and confused!

when i try to use my camera at times it gives me the error msg "camera in use by another application" can somebody advice pls

2 questions:
* 100.07.81/100.07.76: Default firmware upon release
* 110.07.127: Released 09-10-2008
* 200.21.118: Released 12-01-2009
* 210.21.006: Released 17-03-2009[9]
the newest update is "210.21.006". Where can i get that update? and if i install this update, will it lack the earlier updates such as 110.07.127, 200.21.118? so in simple words...do i have to install the earlier ones to run the latest one flawlessly? plz help!!

pai5000, 06 Jun 2009guys, can you all give me a software for E71 to protected and locked my folders.. i have a... morego to www.getjar.com where u will find plenty of SW to encrypt ur data/memory card. Actually u can goto settings>general>security>phone auto lock. give it a passwd and u r as safe as one can be. but do remember the passwd.

I've had the phone for about 6 months and its been a huge disappointment. While build quality is great (size, keyboard, reception). The software is terrible. Messaging (both Nokia messaging and the built in email client are beta products at best. Contacts sync poorly when you have home and work address, Outlook groups don't transfer over, recurring appointments sync poorly and are hard to schedule on the phone, camera is terrible unless there is a huge amount of light, will not natively play WMV video files. I do not recommend this phone.

hi, i got this phone now and i had updated it to the newest firmware.
this phone is a big WOOOOOW!
the camera is average...
the qwerty is awesome...
the device speed is great!!
the speaker and battery life is wonderful.
