Nokia E71 - user opinions and reviews

I am thinking of getting an E71 but am used to Imates (MS OS). Is it as easy to use? Is it easy to sync wirelessly with outlook?

I have recently purchased the Nokia E71 as my previous phone Lg Veiwty decided to break down after 6 months.
I have had quite a few phones in the past couple of years.
I have to say that this is one of the best phones i have ever owned.
The QWERTY keypad is brilliant, the keys are perfect size.
The Picture quality is crystal clear.
The sound is great, through the speakers and the headphones.
Comes with a barcode scanner - have not used this feature yet but it may come in handy.
In the box it includes all the cords and a nice case to slide your new friend into.
Fairly simple nokia layout menu.
I personally purchased an internet cap with my plan with my provider.
Very fast internet, great facebook app.
Camera isn't the best that i have ver had, but thats what digital cameras are for.
All in all I could keep raving about this phone. It is brilliant.
I was also told that this phone is only for males.
I am a teenage female and i really love this phone.

To mei,,u can download bible from go bible ,,just write (bible from go bible)then u can freely download a bible in ur own language

can i copy and paste into my fon just like that...

Anonymous, 03 May 2009i bought this phone 3 weeks ago....i luv itz slim & sleak design...can sum1 telll dat how can ... morethere is really no edit option on E71.. even if u set a 1 mb photo as a wallpaper, it will really not fit the screen.. just a heads up. just create a theme using the picture that u want! yeah..

Pankil, 06 May 2009hey guys ...i have nokia 5800 ...bt i m planin to chck out E series of nokia ...n all i cn fin... morethe screen is just fine.. before, i was interested also with Nokia 5800 but i found out that it's so bulky (for me). it's very nice, FAST, easy to use qwerty keyboard! and the battery life.. man, it's freakin' good! it takes me 4 days the max before i charge it! go for it. you'll see what i mean.

Anonymous, 06 May 2009i just recently purchases nokia e71, but there is one problem i am facing. some of the keys ar... moreit depends on your writing language (NOT phone language). if your phone was ment to be sold in germany, it has a german keypad (default language: german) and when you switch to english writing language the keys get all messed up. check your manual or pay a few euros for an english keypad

Ok, so i have bought this brilliant phone but it seems the barcode reader doesn't work? waa!
BUT....
The barcode reader on the e71 reads 2d barcodes so therefore your 'normal' barcodes on food clothes etc are not 2d they are 1d.
So what do 2d barcodes look like, just type it in google and images will show squares with a puzzle looking mix match of squares and that is a 2d bar code.
What do they do? They are basically a more advanced barcode which can store more data about a product, they are not fully developed yet or used frequently but when they are used they can give twice as much details over ure standard 1d.
Where can i find them? i dont know lol i havent persoanlly seen them on receipts or clothing yet google has examples of them.
TRY it go onto google get a decent picture of a 2d barcode alone, scan it and it should read a website on the screen.
so yer it does work but kinda pointless unless u r wokring with or have products frequently around u with 2d barcodes...as i am not a business man i do not see these barcodes yet as this is a business phone i dont know if u businessyy people see these all the time???
would be good to know if ne one has more info?

Go to "gobible.jolon.org" to download the full Bible.You can download all translations. It takes about 1.4 MB for the whole Bible.

The exp... moreI have both N82 & E71. Two different type of phone.
N82 - Multimedia Phone. N-gage, 5MP Camera with xenon flash, Accelerometer.
E71 - Business Phone. Qwerty keyboard, great e-mail features, Internet Phone.
Both have the same OS system, GPS, music player, the only different is the main feature of the phone. One is multimedia phone and another one is business phone. But both great phone. Though, E71 has a longer battery life.

i just recently purchases nokia e71, but there is one problem i am facing. some of the keys are not working properly like the full stop, question mark and comma key. when ever i press fullstop it writes question mark and vice versa. i want to know if this is a hardware problemm of a software.
