sure seems nice and would definitely want to have it. Must moan about the screen size though. Place enough for a bigger at least 2.5 inch screen. Pity.

Lulu, 14 Apr 2009I just got this phone for three days. this is a superb phone... but one thing, i battery drain... moreUnderstand follwed the first 10 charge, and still only getting 5-6hrs use, on the second battery with same results, shame as the phone's great, except for the dismal camera

i'm trying to update the software of my e71 and it gives me a error message saying ... moreHello grandesoba.
Becareful! Firstly, i recommend you reset your phone to default settings and establish a backup for your phone either in your PC or Memory card.
Once you have ensured that your phone turns on as the way it is when you first bought it.
1) Charge the battery to full, try to flat it out first.(to preserve the batt life)
2) Check to make sure your Nokia Suite is working fine, if not download the latest version. But uninstall the older one first, remove any associated files with the NOkia Suite (LEAVE the CABLE DRIVERS alone!) Just uninstall the NOKIA PC suite software itself.
3) Once PC Suite is deemed stable enough, your battery is full. Connect the phone as you normally do PROPERLY to PC Suite and your PC. Once your phone is in sync with PC Suite, activate the software update. Follow the procedures through.
WARNING: DO NOT at any point of the UPDATING PROCESS, -Shut down your PC,
-Activate other software in the phone
-Attempt to make a call or take one.
-Disconnect the cable to the PC(The one that links your phone)
-Switch off the phone
-Pull the battery out
(Any such attempts will kill the entire symbian software in the phone, making it useless.)=Your PHONE WILL NOT START AT ALL.
It happened to me when my house had a blackout.I have to bring it to a Nokia Care Center to reboot the entire phone, possibly start from scratch.

Woo ! The coolest phone I ever use. It's so elegant and superb ! The browsing speed is faster than some latest laptops also. A real giant in mobile phones world !
it would be the greatest phone if the camera's quality was better. But, good in viewing photos taken by digi cameras. Three hearty cheers for E71.

i have iphone 3g and nokai e71 white.ive been using both same time and i really can say that both devices are very good.cant say really wich one i prefer more but i find both stilish and classy.botth are posh phones and love to show them off.i like iphone cause through cydia and installer u can cutomize it to maxium.sound quality in speakers on iphone are low quality comparing to e71 who has clear speakers .camera quality on iphone its very good comapring to e71.Even if iphone has only 2mp the quality of the lesnes its very good.the pictures taken are very coloured and clear. im fan of both phones so ill lett u decide wich device to get.if u cant make ur mind...buy both
