i have both e71 and iphone. As for now, e71 dominated but iphone isn't that bad. Later in the summer, apple gonna release a new software, then maybe e71 lose. for now, e71 rocks!!

Always the battery life...
People, I have to say you do not know how to charge the battery!!!!!!
When you buy a phone -even it isn't the old fashioned battery- YOU CANNOT USE YOUR PHONE RIGHT AWAY!!!!! YOU MUST CHARGE IT FIRST AT LEAST FOR 8 HOURS, EVEN THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED!!!! within 2 hours or less.
Then, use it 'till the battery completely drained out, then charge it again at least for 8 hours and you keep doing this for the first 3-5 times, you can get the circulation inside the battery. Later on, you can charge it anytime for an hour or more or less, but make sure, that YOU DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DEVICE MORE THAN 12 HOURS PLUGGED IN-CHARGING!!!! and once a month you must drain it out!!!!

I LOVE MY E71!! I go through cellphones like no other, this phone BY FAR is GREAT! I didn't like it at first cause theres not many apps but then I found out about s60.com and started DLing apps off there; now it is PERFECT!.. I would choose this phone over blackberrys or iphones ANY DAY!..

Please can someone tell me if I can overwrite the rubbish Orange interface that they have put onto the E71? Why do Orange persist in installng their own software??

hi. I am an e71 owner and very happy with it so far. i just have a question. From the phones mainpage, before, i couls just type the name of a person id like to call and it would show the nearest matches. E.g. If i type ADAM, it would list the names of my friends with adam in the name.
But just yesterday, this feature is not working anymore. I still have to go to the phonebook and look for friends name. Its not a big thing but im hoping to get back that feature. Help mw please... I have rebooted alrwady several times. I have deletws my inbox. Is there something i accidentally turned off? Rhanks.
