zach, 21 Mar 2009Maybe U need to upgrade the software...tried updatin frmware...doesnt work ..it doesnt connect when i try to update it..i mean it conns to pc but doesnt show in the nokia updater...

E71, I bought one for me on dec-08. I fancy the phone bcos of features and user friendly. Just a bit problem to find the right games since the screen is 320 x 240. Games normally designed for 240 x 320. My girlfiend also admire this phone so I bought another one for her the white color.
So far, no problem with this phone. i even installed garmin to it and it works superb. Personally, I'm happy with this phone at the moment.

its a very nice phone, but i wont advice anyone to spend his last money on this phone, its not reliable when it comes to mails, i can receive but i cant send, it tells me to purchase a certificate to first.

second to the hanging of nokia maps...
my e71 doesnt vibrate :!!!!
i am going to the shop back tomoro to see wats wrong with it..any one having same problems

i really loved this phone,but now after 3 months for how long i have it,now i hate it. i have given it back for repairing three times. and i have the same enoing problem "remove memory card and press ok"... think twice what phone u pick to buy

hii i just bought the fone today....
works fine in most app...
its gettin hanged when i open nokia maps.
then i hav to remove battry to restart it..first bug...im a little dissapointed..

Anonymous, 21 Mar 2009guys what is your problem that you are comparing china finland and korea made nokia fones........ moreIts rubbish top company certifies its origin Made in Finland but actually made n China or Korea.
It would be a disgrace when you save money to make n china but u pay that of Finland. Naturally low end fones which mention china clearly show china finnish creeks or hardware problems.
We dont know any other wrldwide product made n Finland but Nokia only. E71-1 2 3 are clearly distinct n software updates and interface

Am using this mobile for last 6 months and beleive me there is no problem of any software or hardware really its a king mobile in every department you can go for it with out any hasitation i believe you really enjoy it.

but one thing stoppin me form buying it is the bugs...
i read it has aloota bugs...example...
1. getting hanged while on call., worst thing to restart u hv to remove battery n put bak
2. gets hanged when u multi task
3. disconnecting during firmware update
4. camera is low quality.

6. low sound ring tone
7. gets heated up when you have long conversations
many more,...
wat i wana know is can these bugs get fixed thru firmware updates ???
also one question...can the e71 be charged with the usb chord ???
please leme know...i need to buy a fone this week...thanx

guys what is your problem that you are comparing china finland and korea made nokia fones.....all are the same there is no difference at all if someone finds difference that means it is his own thought and nothing else. go for nokia phones without the comparison between different makes.
