Hi All,
I would like to know,if E71 "GPS" can work without Service Provider Connection too?? And Is there any software/tool needs to be downloaded for this ?? If Yes, thn thanks to mention the site details..

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2009The front camera is for video calls only. Read the manual!The front camera can be activated WITHOUT being on a video call.
I have achieved this with a N80 but I haven't tried it yet with the E71 as I don't own one...yet.

I just bought my E71 last week. After unplugging it from the charge after a whole night charging the battery will be at 2 or 3 bars..Its not like my previous N70 (Music Edition)..the battery last for the whole day even thou u have used it....please help me on these problem.

I have seen a problem with “stuck” installer files in S60 3rd
Edition phones for a couple of times. The information from Application Manager shows that the applications are not installed. However, they cannot be deleted because there is no Delete menu (see screenshot below). They cannot be re-installed either because it always fails with “Unable to install” message. Those files are basically just stuck there.
is this a bug? coz up until now in my e71. i have this problem evrytime a download an untrusted software

Besides, if someone loves taking pics and wants one that is clear, then a phone is not the solution. They should buy a digi cam ;)

danny, 17 Feb 2009attention to nokia e71 owner. i agree with you or i'm second demotion. my nose is bleedin... moretry the 1200 models or the 1100,the only added accessory is a flashlight that will be useful at night or at a movie housee.Q

I bought it 3 months ago,I installed n-torch software on it , i thought it would work as a torch,bou it did not,now i am thinking to try nokia E-63

Red, 27 Feb 2009Which is the best the blackberry 8900 or the E71? Plis ans it soon..I would recommend the E71, it has more features for transferring files to another phone from infra, bluetooth and the like.
Plus the 3G and such.

I've held the E63, and it does not look or feel nearly as nice as teh E71. However the E63 does have a regular 3.5mm headphone jack instead of 2.5mm, so that's a plus for the E63.

If u need to talk abt. a wholesome package in mobiles -ya it's undoubtly nokia E-71 , it's fashionable ...it cater into latest trendy phones with boastful features and memory feature.It's d business phone holding a class in itself.

this phone is really good.. compared to my previous N95 phone! it's flat, very handy and has the good looks! and i've noticed that the wi-fi capability of E71 is much better than N95.. it can detect my wireless connection at home farther compared to N95. camera.. hmm.. just fine.. coz it's just 3MP.
