I agree re the I phone dont get one its pretty ordinary in terms of a phone.
I am happy with my e 71 although setting up some features is not so easy

If you have problems with E71, you may need to go to Nokia Agents who will take you through the phone. I find it very good in all respect. Asking may save time and any inconviniences.
