Anonymous, 28 Oct 2008Does any one know if the notes in Outlook sync with E71 ,same as contacts, calendar, emails, ...???Notes in Microsoft Outlook also snyc.
Made in means prescion and quality, why they make n China labour cheap cannot keep quality only mass produce. Finland made is the only thing i know is made there.Chinese made or by nokia is same.
Why E63 being intro in plastic at half price?
Sound and cam are weak points, needs update now!
Hell of differance n performance i returned to pay 50$ more for made n Finnish.

Unfortunately both phones "cuts out" or "shut off" about three times daily. The one moment I am busy typing or operating it and the next moment it just goes dead and starts again at the Nokia screen. Is this a bugg in the phone? Please help because we dont want to change phones but can not continue with this problem
I have had this phone for about a month and continue to be amazed. It replaced my Moto V3xx (3.5G also)and HTC Touch. I switched because I wanted better PC synchronization (esp. calendar), and usable email read and write. I now have both and a lot more. I synch with Google Calendar, use both Pop and IMAP email, as well as mobile Gmail. All good. Great podcasting, music player (with stereo Bluetooth), great user interface (sooo intuitive), long battery life, excellent keyboard even with big fingers, great sound quality with phone.
Many other good features, such as SIP phone client that works well, GPS, search function! Great form factor (small and light), usable as 3.5G fast modem for PC (very easy via Nokia's software).
Few hickups: non-standard USB adapter; camera poor under most light conditions; needs more programmable keys (due to feature richness)
Overall: This is the best phone I have ever had, by far!
a gr8 phone u new readers just belive me...and the old users i cannot download themes it says contact apllication provider....can some one exactly tell me the set iam using @1. ....shall be with wat firmware and how to check it ... @2...why cant i download themes from zedge and it dosnt work with mine???
nokia made this phone for business people all around the global, there's only 3 nokia have made this time. MADE BY FINLAND, MADE BY NOKIA AND MADE BY CHINA. the biggest nokia factory in asia is in Beijing, China. the speaker is great, camera just like n95, excecutive cover and easy keypad. this phone have almost everythings that people need for they're communication. if you disagree with my opinion than im sure you never touch this smartphone yet in your own fingers. now China NOKIA already made replace cover for 80us dollars including keypad. you should proud to having this smartphone in your pocket. good luck with you people, you can ask me any question about any nokia series phone problem from me, i'll help you to solve it asap. im working as VM in Beijing, NOKIA cooperation company.
amazing phone...keys are just fine. Better than buying any touch screen atleast... If u want to decide b/w 71 or 66...i would say go for 71. The battery backup is amazing.

For those that don't know, 802.11a/b is very unsecure, "like a door"; 11g is like a house with an alarm; VPN is like fort knox. Bit of an overkill for a mobile and email. If you are that worried about ppl reading your personal emails, perhaps use a netbook with the VPN.
