guys can you edit in the quick office or is it just for viewing like the E51???
if any1 using the device can answer me plz...
Feature, very good design nice , speed ok, but sometimes still can be hang when too much application opened
My E71 is a fone for me. Good selection of built in softwares. For those heavy users, might need more softwares. Response and multitasking work great. No comment abt the photo and video since it is a fone not a dedicated video recorder or DSLR. Shortcut keys may it easier for me to use it.
I managed to get the E71 when it was first released in Singapore, trade in my E90 for it. It is such a awesome handset which so much slimmer than the E90 without any lack in features or technical hardware in that field but i must say that the screen size is nothing compared to the E90. Of couse, you will always win some & lose some, just can't win it all, right? Just hope that in future, the E71 will be able to support blackberry functions... Till then, I will keep my fingers crossed.
guys do u know what the code/s to be input to know if the phone you will buy is really brand new??
someone told me that its *#0000# but i dont think so coz its for the manufactured date.
pls post the right code/s here. thanks
I wanna know if this is suitable for
Watching streaming Videos
i have a 2mpbs ADSL line and wifi router
Does edge connectivity offser the same speed ?
@ anything less than 2mbps, streaming videos don play without breaks.
i m considering this because only Symbian suppoorts P2P file sharing on Gnutella network. Windows mobile operating systems wont support Symella, which is the only P2P file sharing application for phones. Am i correct ??

Hi I am using E71 for last one week. I stay in India (pune). This phone is really cool if u need to do following:
-Handy check of emails quickly
-connectivity to Microsoft exchange
- Good Battery life
- Good GPS
- All connectivity options (wi-fi,etc..the standard Nokia stuff ;-)
Optionally you can use it for
- listening music
- watchinig flash videos (well screen is small but again it's a executive phone for practical means and not a computer)
OverAll I found it very responsive as compared to Windows TYTNII in all aspects except the screen size.
So if you want entertainment device...Seriously don't go for it..
