The PUK number is printed on sim card holder when you buy it. If you try to input the wrong PUK over 10 times, the sim will block forever. Contact your mobile service to reset the PIN number.

all applications are fully 100% working .
software of e71 or 72 is quite excellent no need to be worried about it.

evilsphinx, 24 Dec 2011it has poor signal reception.. Dont know how to fix this.It's depends on what network you. Are on. Try. T-mobile / orange. Their. Signal. Is. Brilliant . I hope this helps.
