Hope it helps. Any open apps will use power & drain battery, so always close ones no longer in use. This is done by pressing 'HOME' Key for a few seconds- has picture of house on it- You will see list of open apps. Scroll & close ones ur done with by pressing 'BACKSPACE' Key- located under letter 'P'- it will ask u if u want to exit app & u reply yes with blue 'SELECTION' Key-as indicated. I believe its best to return to 'Home Screen' when leavin apps open for use but currently done with phone use. Using internet radio or connection to laptop, drain battery quickly. Otherwise I often can go for 2 days B4 recharging, longer if only using phone & texting. Good Luck!

kbolden, 21 Oct 2011this phone is trash trash trash trash i would have rather went to the local dollar store and g... morei would have thrown from a bridge too had i not downloaded a different browser; Opera Mini NOT OPERA MOBILE but Mini. It works fairly well, quick. But Opera Mobile sucked while the Mini uses up little space on Memory card & made phone enjoyable for the most part. Hope this helps!

Does anyone know why we can no longer play flash videos on the mobile you tube site? Realplayer still works but has lower resolution and less facility.

this phone is trash trash trash trash i would have rather went to the local dollar store and got a ten dollar phone than time phone. i dont see how people are giving this phone good reveiws, its sosososo slow and has a mind of its own comes on when it want cut off when it get ready. the text messages have to be deleted one by on you cant lock the messages. this is just not a good idea to put 200 bucks into...soon as i get the funds to get another phone im going to drive to the biggest bridge in my area and kick it off. hate the phone!!!!

best phone...... Buy it..... Just be careful before buying that the device name must be Nokia e71-2..... And it should not be e71-1..... Just read it on the box of phone before unboxing.......

hello frends. 1 year ago i buy e71 as my 1st hanset,but anfortunatly it was wrong disition to take this phone because.....it has many problems like battry backupan many more..so i sugest u ...don't buy this phone?>

i love the slim and classic look of the phone, but it is somehow slow and sluggish in browsing
