try to update your phone that will solve the problem.actually I didn't try that with my E71 but it worked with my N70.

I am a new user for E71. Please le tme know on following:

1)Which music player shall i use....do i need to download that ?... Is the Rela player given inside works for mp3 files and other file formats as well..??
2)I cant send messages ... why..??
3)I want to increase the memory using Micro SD card....i read few previous posts and found there is a perticular "Class" of microsd, that shud be used to have better speed....please tell me tht...
4)Can i download skype... if yes, will it be chargable to talk on that using Video Call....
