Roni, 14 Apr 2011How can i play mp4 files on my e71.Wen i m trying to play mp4 files wid 320*240 resolution it ... moreIf you use mp4 and use h.264 or h.263 codec you may not know what codec but is a good chance it using it. It may not play even if the phone state it supports it. Had that same problem with my 5800 best codec to use is mpeg codec that work flawlessly.
visit dvdvideosoft.com and get the nokia converter or download the entire suite you'll get a good converter.
The converter tells you what codec and resolution or what phone.

Anonymous, 11 Apr 2011what is a puk code my phone is asking for that pinThe PUK is the code for your sim card after you have entered the pin code incorrect three times, the PUK should be on the paper that you received when you purchased the sim card, hopefully you still have it.

Anonymous, 19 Oct 2009what's up with the menu key? sometimes i press menu and the screen freezes. any fix?Change the menu key shortcut with another command and use the home key to acces the menu.

Please what is their reset code factotry because i can't get the access to download my games from the net,and it seems some programe is blocking it and they told me to reset it by the factory code and i dont known it so please let me know hope to hear from you soon
