Well i got mine as second hand from my brother, first i thought it was hard to handle now i can't live without it.
the only problem i faced was that i had to take it to nokia costumer care to change its screen, and now i love it the way it is, at times i feel it has low volume for playing the music but really i love its efficiency so far.

I have used e71 for four months now. i just love everything in it. So far so good. I cant even think of changing to e72.

WMWforever, 14 Mar 2011the phone looks good but is a blackberry better than this phone?having used both, My opnion is yes, the Blackberry is a much better business tool than the E71, in every aspect. Appearance, functionality and user interface. BB wins hands down.
