Indian freak, 10 Jan 2010Rajesh, read your posts make me interested in your opinion about smartphones. I think you're t... moreEarly 2010 is a time of Innovation. Android, Windows Mobile 6.5 are flooding the market. HTC is aggressively rolling out new Smartphones and PDA phones. Symbian too is undergoing a new uplift and Nokia in March will be announcing a few new handsets with much higher specs and features. On the chip and processor front Qualcomm has already launched 1.5 Ghz processor and a new species of Graphic chips are making their way in 2 months. So if I were to genuinely recommend something to you, it would be " Wait for 2 or 3 months and you will definitely find your dream phone ".
Anonymous, 10 Jan 2010@amit dude how about ur n97mini? is it ok to use, im confused what to buy either e72 or mini,... moreIt may be a matter of personal choice, i liked e72 more than n97mini, opening and closing the keyboard is annoying, e72 keboard has better tactile feedback, complete office suite in e72.
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Rajesh, read your posts make me interested in your opinion about smartphones. I think you're trusted person.
Well I like all in one device that I can use for phone function, music player, video player and camera. Bringing separate devices like ipod, camera and phone is sometimes annoying as I like travelling and should keep my belonging as light as possible.
Currently I am having e71 and 5800. I love them a lot. I use my e71 for texting, emailing and main organizer. Meanwhile 5800 for music and video player. I can say that they are perfect mates to me except for taking serious pictures.
I had reckoned to buy e72 but read lots of complains about its bugs. My question to you is simple. I would like to buy all in device, in simple word, e71 + 5800 + decent camera. I have concern about innov8 and n86. I am open minded to all platforms.
Thanks Rajesh, have a great day.
PS. Your twitter id please....
Very good mobile phone from nokia, complete in all respects, it is a sought of mini computer, does almost all the things an ordinary person will do on computer, surf net, play games, open and edit office documents, plus it makes calls and takes good photos also.
10 out of 10 to nokia for making such a perfect and brilliant mobile phone, i rarely keep a mobile for more than 6 months, i think i will keep it for coming 2yrs atleast, well done Nokia.
I have been using Nokia handsets for a long time. Presently I am using Nokia e 72 and am happy with it, however, I personally feel e72 needs a software update. I have noted that e 72 hangs after you have downloadd lots of data expecially online. Apart from this issue I would give full marks to nokia e 72.
Anonymous, 10 Jan 2010e72 or n97mini? help me i cant really decide which 1 to buy! sorry if i posted here or whatever..Get the E72. It has a much better battery than the N97, it has Nokia's fastest processor at 600MHZ (N97 is just over 430 MHZ). This means the E72 will much faster to open applications, upload, download, surf the net, boot up etc. The are both good looking. I charge my E72 every four days. N97 will be charged every other day if not daily depending on your usage. I considered both and am happy with my choice.
dude how about ur n97mini? is it ok to use, im confused what to buy either e72 or mini, can u tell me sumtin about mini?

Friends, In most parts of the world E72 was launched around mid November 2009 with the price of USD 550 ( approx ). Now we are stepping into Mid January 2010 and in less than 2 months, the price of E72 has dropped in USD 370 range. So a price drop of USD 180 or 33%. All of you please recollect your Memories...E71 dropped in price of about 20% in 1 year. The market speaks itself the authenticity of the fame of the gadget...So are people crazy if they are not buying E72...because no way price will drop so fast if there is a high demand and if the product is the best...BEST PRODUCTS DONT LOOSE ITS VALUE BY 33% IN JUST LESS THAN 2 MONTHS...
Friends, I have been posting my opinions since last 2 months on E72 forums, many people have come up with attitude and have condemned my posts and asked me to get lost from this site, have called me fake, have called me what not...Why??? Reasons : I have been straight and to the point and proved my point with examples and a many have not accepted my opinions because THEY EXPECT PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM TO SAY E72 IS A BEST PHONE OR LEAVE THE FORUM...So what do you think about these kind of freaks...Maybe they are school kids trying to boast their E72s, or they are poor people who have invested their life earnings on E72 and cannot hear a word against their property or they have a ego and attitude problem??? In any case...I will still keep calling BLACK AS BLACK AND WHITE AS WHITE...ENJOY...
It has been a month since i got e72, all i want to say that this is the best phone i have ever had. Various phones which i have owned are nokia 5110, Siemens c25, Nokia 1100, 3100, 6100, Sony Ericsson k750i, w810i, Nokia n73me, n82, 5800xm, n79, e71, n97mini and finally e72.
E72 is most practical of them all, the features you can better read in the review by gsmarena. Very good build quality, good software suite, pim, good usable camera.
My suggestion to all, buy it without any hesitation, you will really love this masterpiece.
Marcus, 10 Jan 2010This is a bit timely since things are stirring up between BB and E72. I'm torn in choosing bet... moreIt's not that hard to control it. It took me about 15mn to get use to it. You can always adjust the sensitivity of it also.
So far, I like the phone. I bought it on Dec 28 in Cambodia @390 US dollars.
Hi guyz. I am planning to buy E72 in next week. Is Grey color available in India?
This is a bit timely since things are stirring up between BB and E72. I'm torn in choosing between the two BUT if not because of BIS plan, I'd surely go for BB. Now of course I wanted E72 because it's complete out of the box, e-mails, IM and stuff. However, I tried the keypad but seriously I had a hard time in hitting the right keys (and yes I certainly know the position of the keys even without looking) Now my question, to all E72 OWNERS only, how was the experience and how long did it take for you guys to adapt with the keypad, or there's no way you can type a simple phrase without typo? an honest answer please, thanks in advance!
wait for one year for the price to go down.
this is an excellent phone.
Rajesh, 10 Jan 2010Do you really mean " No phone is perfect " ??? What do you have to say about Samsung... moreI know have played with phones more than you.. So do not tell me Raj.. Hey I saw an Indian movie in broadway.. There was a character named Raj.. Are you him? lol.. If N82 is a winner to you doesn't mean it will a winner to Prince Charles too.. Its a matter of Choice..
Rajesh, 10 Jan 2010Do you really mean " No phone is perfect " ??? What do you have to say about Samsung... moreYes, no phone is perfect. I say it one more time loudly in your ear *NO PHONE IS PERFECT* but sadly you are a guy with no ears and fixed view point. As far as i8510 just go through the reviews. You will find flaws and battery is one of them. Which is a major issue to me. Truly yours, phone freak..
