Anonymous, 18 Nov 2009Hi all, just got my E72 last night and have been exploring it function. With the 600mhz ARM11,... morehi zender. I have to agree with you but the pouch for E72 is really difficult. I mean, sometime i cant get my E72 out from the pouch. But maybe i'll get use to it in the furture. Oh...and E72 is far more lighter than E71.
Anonymous, 18 Nov 2009wait for few days dear n u will get it for 22000 and it has a arm11 600mhz proalready available at cmk for P20500
Hi all, just got my E72 last night and have been exploring it function. With the 600mhz ARM11, you seriously cannot find any lag even with a few apps running in the background. The optical trackpad is good for web browsing and i am surpise that it can even go diagonally. Come with a case similar to E71 but i prefer E72 one, and of cause the lanyard. One thing that E72 lose out to E71 is the screen. E72 screen is cover by plastic while E71 is cover by hard glass. It hae it's pros and cons tho. Anyway for those who have use E71 this is definetly a upgrade with nicer design and features. For those who have try the E72, give it a try you would like it!
PS: i like the way it's camera capture images. It is fast and the flash is real cool ! (:
I am a very happy E72 user and i am using the zodium black which will nvr go wrong? haha!

After testing the phone out in a nokia shop London for a period of time, i came to ... moreSo people on a low budget are better off keeping their e71 if they are happy with it??
I have never used the e-series before so its different to what ive used for years but sticks within the o/s i know..I have used the landscape treo 500v tho and it felt so natural the screen in landscape mode..
Ali, 17 Nov 2009E72 is available in Lahore Pakistan but only in topaz brown colour for Rs 44,000....i went mys... moreHi Ali,
After testing the phone out in a nokia shop London for a period of time, i came to a conclusion that it has been improved by upto 20% from the E71, thats in reference to general phone's useage and its preformance, apps and instruction excecution is deff noticeable and this was compared side by side with the E71, It also has better navigation i,e via its new trackpad and has its deffiantly quicker and more responsive.Battery Life well its suppose to be better but that will need extensive tests before making a verdict. I would buy this as a new purchase but not neccessairly and upgrade from an E71.
Hi i want to buy the phöne in SA is it available and howmany rands.
Is the phone metal or plastic like E55 and is it easy to sms with the E72. Thanks guys.
Nokia finally removed the 'Coming soon' tag from E72 on their MEA website...
means officially launched ?? But no official announcement, contrary to what is practiced for any other model that Nokia launches... !!??
E72 also available here in Islamabad, Pakistan. I am picking mine up tomorrow. Color availability is black; not sure on other colors. Im using E55 from E71 and just simpy love these e series devices. I shall hold on to the E72 for a while....well... until they come out with a new version in 3 months and then make me wait for months on end AGAIN !
Nokia Gone mad again.. Just to confuse the buyer..Article released on 16 Nov.. But the press release is very funny. They say it is released but the sites say coming soon..and the country of release??I dont think the president or CEO of Nokia is aware of that..
In the past gsm used to put the display in mm ,,ie 24mm x 41mm does anyone know the size display of e72..I had another look at dummy model on way home and display looks bigger than 2.36 inch,,i know it is 2.36inch but i would like to compare mm against other fones to see how it looks bigger than it is ,thanx.

brynn, 17 Nov 2009I pity the shopkeeper who has to serve sherriff with his E72 ..He or she will need some tablet... moreha ha ha well said brynn...i am very much excited but yet stable....though i have used symbian from 7610...than to n70...n72...than n73 and e51....i loved them all...though e51 is the best off all..i dint buy e71 cause it 2.5 mm jack..and i knew an upgrade was round the corner when e75 came...and that sliding key board really turned me off...than i read about e72 ....and now its 8 months later my dream is materializing. and yes!!!! there is no better os than symbian....the main advantage is the plethora of applications u get for this os....with bb and apple and others...its kind of painful to find so many....and winmo sucks as we use same in the comp and we need a change....as for android ...i think its still needs to be refined. and i have never used bada or limo or maemo. so until than e72 rocks and will rule the roost unless nokia comes with e73 or e76.
I pity the shopkeeper who has to serve sherriff with his E72 ..He or she will need some tablets for shock,,paramedics to revive him,,lots of kitchen roll to mop up the drool and an ambulance to take him home and aftercare for 3 days..I bet you do not sleep the night before you go to get your e72..It wont be to long now..
Sherriff how long have you been with symbian cause for me since 3650,,i ask because i have been round other o/s and feature fones but always end up back with symbian..People can scoff but it does what i want and can swap all the menus round and folders to what i want for eg i can put games in my office if i want or the first time i hit menu key i can open up converter if i wish..with any other systen these icons are fixed..With bb you dont know what your getting and its really for buisnessess whereas symbian E,,N,,Xppressmusic or series 40 contain good multimedia,,pim,,fun,,serious apps throughout and thats why nokia got it right..Maybe other systems are in the making like android and bada but unless they bring out button versions then its no good to me,,touchscreens are out..
