satio folk keep voting this down to stop it getting to top of rankings, keep voting tops 4 e72
how come standby time for 3G is more than 2G? I thought it should be the other way around as 2G uses less battery power.
sheriff, 17 Nov 2009go check once more ..........the battery is 1500mah.I have one already bought few days ago in Thailand. The battrey life is great. I loved the E71 ans E72 is even more better.
WOW, amazing battery life, and the battery is only 850mAh!!!!! It must have super-efficient processing power. I wonder how accurate that information is... Definitely puts my "award-winning" E75 to a corner in shame...

I have a few other things to say,,first its thin and the screen even tho only 2.36 inch seems alot bigger,,maybe its an illusion cause its in landscape but it looks more like 2.6inch...The buttons/d-pad even tho only dummy model seemed fine and spacious to me..
i should get my 5730 on wed/thur but still keeping eye on this e72..WHY?? well its the battery and torch features plus its size,,also whats in this fone is just about everything you could want and 600MHz proccessor which should keeps things speedy with help of feature pack 2..

Ness, 16 Nov 2009Hi everyone,
I'm watching every single comment about Nokia E72 and also researching for it!... moreNess, i've booked a Iphone 3gs but i've messing with my ipod touch with my mails. I must say that it's easier to read those messages than e72, especially for an old man like me. Zooming those words are effortless, right? And viewing those numbers from spreadsheet and manouvering the page are simply fabulous. That's the reason i opt for the iphone. Safari is great but i still prefer opera mini. Simpler ui, and speedy browsing.
Basically in my phone i have some musics tunes and family photos which come in handy when i travel. And my day to day activities are calls, sms, checking emails and web browsing. For calls and sms most of the are done on my ride, illegal though! Occasionally, i'll log into nimbuzz. And that's my phone's lifestyle.
Points are when i'm on my ride, accessing dialer is so easily accomplish than touch screen devices, i personally find it.
Anyway, the iphone is my second phone, mainly for emailing.
I'm watching every single comment about Nokia E72 and also researching for it!
I'm currently iPhone #g user, before it I was a Nokia N95 user!
Simply I love Nokia's S60 OS! but one thing I can decide! "IS IT WORTHY TO GO FROM iPHONE 3G to NOKIA E72" answer only the NOKIA E72 "USERS" not Researchers like me!
I wanna know the Real-Life impressions from Usrer, just is it WORTHY to gor from an iPhone 3g to E72?
P.S. I love this Phone from every aspect.
The Nokia E72 builds on the formula from Nokia's most successful full QWERTY keyboard device, the Nokia E71, and adds important new functionality such as desktop-like email and chat experiences. Morevoer, the latest version of Ovi Maps with A-GPS navigation and compass, an optical navi key and 5 megapixel camera are all packed into the sleek, beautifully-designed handset.
The Nokia E72 also comes with Nokia's push consumer email service, Nokia Messaging, and now for the first time people can set up instant messaging (IM) directly from the homescreen, accessing communities such as Windows Live(TM) Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, Google Talk and Ovi Chat. Just like chatting via the desktop, people can respond to friends and colleagues across multiple communities in real-time.
The Nokia E72 can also accommodate multiple work and personal email accounts and, with separate profiles for work and play, allows people to be flexible when it comes to choosing how, when, where and who to respond to. While work emails rank as the most important messages to receive, they are not necessarily the most urgent messages to respond to. According to Nokia's research, half of respondents (49 percent) prioritise their partners ahead of their bosses or managers (29 percent), colleagues (23 percent) and even customers (31 percent).
The Nokia responsiveness research was commissioned to examine the various factors that influence how people respond to various issues and situations. In addition to the research, an online campaign at http://www.nokia.com/responsiveness invites people around the world to respond to various issues and comments from TED Fellows.
