is the sound quality of e series is worse than n series?? or it is d same?? or what??
someone, help me please..
my option is 5630, e55, e75, n78.. which one is better?? hehe...
i also concern about d sound quality when using headset.. hehehe.. thx a lot...
I didn't expect such a funny phones from nokia..
Two keypads on a same handset is useless............
good for single & both hand user. not wide as E71, not thin as E51. nice design, i gave 9.
this is a DVBH ready device being compatible with SU-33W add on accessory. QWERTY and TV, powerful pair!!
I do not see a big change from the current E71, also there is a backdraw since i need the keybard always, on the E75 you have to slide open inorder to use the keyboard while it is more handy in the E71, which means you will have to use frustrating keypad most of the time, also there is no enhancement on the processor side and i think the internal memory is reduced which means slower responses from the phone.
I think the only idea Nokia is trying to implement is that it is for the people who wants to use the keypad and the keyboard at the same time, unless a major change in the User interface was dine, still i see it as more poor than the current E71

Man, Nokia 6270 is NOT a high end phone.
1,5 year ago its price was down at about 90/100EUR, so get real and buy a decent phone!
Anyway, your comment had nothing to do with this E75.
I will not change my E71 for a E75.
The new Communicator is the Nokia N97 check it out on this site. It is an amazing phone.
jackson, 22 Feb 2009im stuck between e75 n e55 i want longer battery life as well as QWERTY. god, why can e55 has... moreIf you want the toughest battery live+qwerty (you didn't write full qwerty though ;p) I reccomend E71, definitely the price will be friendlier than the upcoming E75. If you looking for more compact size, then E55 is definitely your second choice. IMO, there's no big deal between Q-W-E-R-T-Y or QW-ER-TY keyboard. You will find your own tip-top speed of typing in a few use of the keyboard. The main point is buy the one you like. So you won't regret it later. Best Regards.
im stuck between e75 n e55
i want longer battery life as well as QWERTY. god, why can e55 has qwerty
what would u ppl choose if u were me?
FYI, this phone is compatible with SU-33W which means that its capable of broadcasting DVBH if paired with the accessory.
Now this is something that I want to consider as an upgrade phone, QWERTY with TV c", brilliant!
Why would you need this Ugly Phone? Why you need to have two key board when everyone gettign even to use touch screen? It is bigger tickness than E55? about 9m over 14 m The Battery is much smaler than E55? it is 50 gram more weight than E55? Why Nokia bother to make this phone? Why not jsut release the E55 and do not put a same size Battery as E66 in E75 when everyone have problem with Battery life of the E66. Losser.
I was surprisingly teased when the sneak peak of GMS arena covered this handset. But when it's finally official, it somehow dissapoints me. I'm now using E71 as my primary work assistant, and it does most of the job well (this is my first non-WinMo handset). It has a magnificent stamina and power (E71 can handle a whole day work. Yes, that is almost 24 h use time from music, office applicaitons, e-mail, messaging, browsing, gps, camera, and primarily phonecalls).
Here is my opinion about E75:
First of all is the battery, which is only 1000MAH, compared to E71's 1500MAH. And that means 1/3 less worktime.
Second is the 2.4 screen. That's a big low down, it's not even in VGA resolution. I'm sure 2.8 VGA screen will be more prefered (yes, remove that alpha-numeric pad away please). And what about the touch screen option, wont nokia be using it on other upcoming handset after the "unresponsive" 5800XM?
Third, its alpha-numeric keypad resembles those in N79 and it is wider this time, which is i'dont like it. It even reminds me of that ugly SE W960's. Not to mention its plastic feel built quality. E71 has much better and firmer rubber-feel buttons to press (it is small, but every E71 user loves it). It will be better to put just those good ol'hotkeys there (call, end call, home, phonebook, organizer, messaging, yes you can add web button if u desire).
Fourth, the navigation button is out of date. Trackpad (and pointer sofware in the UI will be greatly appraised) will be more prefered for optimized browsing experience (tired of pressing and holding buttons to send my cursor up and down).
Fifth, it has the same processor and even smaller memory capacity (50MB as stated in GSMArena spec sheet), the same bad camera, the same OS, and did I miss any Mobile Office feature in GSMArena spec? Surpressing build cost? 375 Euro and u get the same powered but in different clothing handset? Nokia, I'm having a dejavu here, I recall that's for N95 and N96.
Sixth, yes it is bulkier. How would that changes significantly improve the performance of the handset. E71 is known as the best messenger phone with its half-qwerty keyboard and its compact size. Will bulkier handset, full-qwerty-ed keyboard, with less feature beat it? I'm not quite sure.
Seventh and the last of this long opinion is the look, its not sleek nor stylish. I prefer sharp feels than curved / rounded one, it doesn't suit my definition of E-Series style. (I'm comparing it with the great E-90, and the sleek E-71, I'm not even mentioning other brand's handset)...

Well according to Nokia this is the new communicator. They themselves said it at MWC 2009.
You can see Nokia's full telecast of the Mobile World Congress 2009 right here:
