Hi guys out there...
Much have been said about the pros and cons of this communicator which influenced me in buying a brand new N95.
I was using Dopod838Pro for a year and the reason why i changed to N95 was that; Dopod eats a lot of memory while running programs and during web browsing.I think its one of the common problem with window mobile device.
With the improved S60 3rd edition I think E90 should be more stable than window mobile 5 or 6.
Tell me E90 users; should I or should I not change to this communicator??? I simply love this phone and if this communicator can deliver and perform like the N95, I am game. Thanks
I got E90 and it's working properly. The only proplem is that i cant connect to the internet, it's not an ISP problrem because i tried the SIM card a different Nokia mobile and it worked. So i believe it's something with the phone setting, any help please ??.
well the phone is ok video is hopeless my n73 video is much better than this. this phone is not solid i dropped it screen cracked . good for working men . sound rocks
The older 9300 and 9200's were great, albeit a little slower. The new E90 is fab. Fast, Good Looking. Keys are smaller and more awkward to type on than the older models. Screen much better. Front screen does the same as the inside one (old 9300 etc just did phone on the front screen).
Amazing audio quality. Charger port and headset pop port (i hate bluetooth much prefer wires) which means you can charge and use the pop port for headset at the same time.
GPS is a good feature, but is an additional subscription £ 48 for 3 years - if you want guidance between points like when driving.
I had trouble getting the GPS to recognise where I was (in Somerset in UK), a bit random in use but acceptable for a phone.
Good battery life considering the super bright internal screen.
Downside they weigh a ton! Feel like they'll survive a drop or a car driven over them, but just tooooooo heavy for me.
For that reason I sold it and went backwards to a slower older phone (o2 graphite) that's small enough and light enough to not bulge out of the pocket.
I have this fone for almost 3 months and I have loved this fone from the start...it gives me everything I need in my business!!!!
hi there toinstall sis files you have to do it through the computer via nokia application installer

excellent phone with pocket pc abilities ,excellent battary ,excellent interface ,weak camera ,and the main disadvantage is the middle crusar looses its nikle silver color ....for sms it is not possible to send text sms via blue tooth ..
over all i am satisfied using it but i think it is over priced
if i want to buy e90 from oversease and realy i dont know the currency how much will i pay for $722.00 compared to south african rand.
i use to have 9300i and it was my best, now i got the e90 for $1250 usd and just found that it does not support the fax service. This is the only bad thing that i had.
had this phone for three months.....its the worst nokia phone ever...first two months it worked fine but after that mic seriously screwed up.....heck i was stuck with a 1000$ phone that i couldn make calls with .....they replaced the mic twice and the motherboard once ....the problem still persists....people stay away from this phone its not worth one cent...
My dad owns this phone and guess what , its kinda cool, its slim compared to the previous models and music speakers are so loud. I recommend it to everybody with a taste of sense and style
Just got this fabaulous Nokia E90 today via Fedex and wow what a toy It is! First of all
it has everything imaginable on the unit.
Its keyboard feels more solid then a IBM/Lenovo Notebook, Unbelievable quality.
Its speaker phone and audio of all sorts is beyond Amazing! Professional business land line phone costing over $1000,00 cant come near to the sound of this unit.
I alos understand it has a GPS havent had the time to mess with that yet, but looks very interesting.
Its email and texting capabilities is out of this world, some will say that Blackberry's are for business always did wandered what kind of business it maybe for especially when they cany open all attachments nor word, Powerpoint or even Exel,or even PDF's Hey but still its for Business LOL.
The only thing that I can say is that who ever gets this will surely not regret it.
As for its Price , well in all honesty lets be honest nothing isnt really worth its cost today, its simply the fact that should one like something well enough they will go for it. And that is the honest to Gods Truth.
After all can anyone say that A Bugatti Sports car is worth A $1,250.000.00 Hell no, but if I could afford it will I get it, ? HELL YES! LOL
Wishing All A Very Great Day!
did E90 sported .sis file i trie to install but it did not work give me any openion
Hi, I purchased E90 and is working perfect. Data transfer was able to do the contacts, calenders and the rest of my files were transferred thru pc suite.
How ever I was not able to do the sms (inbox/sent) tranfer from 9300i to E90. Can anyone help me on this please.
After using several models, the Nokia E-90 gave me what I want (also the E61i is real cool). It is my private secretary everywhere. As far a user reads the instruction manuals, no problem is to be faced. Beside the Nokia support is outstanding. The only "problem" a Nokia E-90 owner may face is that he/she may lose it at any time. someone is there ready to hunt it and run away. So, be careful and keep it in safe place especially when a user is having some rest in a public place.
