AnonD-166507, 18 Jul 2013Non-removable battery and fact that it doesn't have a card slot is why I wouldn't purchase it.... moreWindows Phone doesn't freeze like Android to have to pull the battery and you can restart Lumia by pressing volume down and power button and there is a camera grip with an additional 1020 mAh battery.
Regarding card slot, there is a version with 64 gb and you can use skydrive. And I can tell you I have 808 pureview with 16 gb and card slot, but I haven't bought a memory card, because I copy pictures and videos to my computer using usb cable then delete most of them from the phone. I made a total of 1019 pictures and videos in 7 months using 808 pureview, this takes 12 GB, and most of them are 38 mp photos and some 720p videos.
i wish Nokia would have a microSD card slot on their phones.
with HD videos and pictures, 64 GB is nothing.
other then that, the picture samples are AMAZING.
especially the night picture.
i wonder how dark that was when it was taken.
regardless, i really want this phone.
I don't know why nokia still stuck at dual core.
Other competitors like samsung and htc launched quad core long time ago
And a speculation hit the market that samsung is going to launch his galaxy note 3 in octa core with 3 gb ram.
Then nokia devlopers think about it that how long they will survive in market with dual core.
Thanks with regards
Non-removable battery and fact that it doesn't have a card slot is why I wouldn't purchase it.....great hardware but they made two dumb mistakes there!!!
nokia hard ware are very good they should allow micro soft window to distroy them
Wat's it prize (Lumia 1020)

AnonD-166383, 18 Jul 2013I love NOKIA so much but, you guys have such a habit that i hate alot. When you add something ... morereally? nokia 1020 has no wifi hotspot or internet sharing?
I wonder if the phone is coming in other colors. I think yellow is "ok" but majority of the time it will be in a case.
The specifications look great. I would like to know what the frequency response of the onboard microphones are since they do stress this as being a great music performance recorder. Of course that could just refer to the ability to handle distortion at high volume levels. I have no doubt of it's ability to perform well in low light video situations due to it's current video sensor size and quality. Any thoughts on this?
Nokia mobiles are just like pooop
its good that lumia 1020 is coming in 32gb and 64 gb versions. its enough to store data. other specifications are also great because these specifications are more than enough for wp8 os. great device by nokia. it proved that nokia people are innovative.
legend already. It will be my new Phone for sure. I want this Phone in black, and i might try that camera grip cover thing as well. No need for a digicam when you have a smarthphone with an amazing camera, which is pockatble as well, not to say from that most ugly s4 zoom. LUMIA 1020 is a musthave for sure, maybe it will even sell more than to only people who love a cameraphone. as soon as it hits the stores here i will get mine.
All Windows Phone 8 have Office 13 by default, which have document and spreadsheet editor. Not sure about slides, on Windows Phone 7 there was only viewer.
"big man from nokia"
No doubt ,Windows is the future.i suggest to put a card slot and a wifi into it so that no competator would complain.
