Rizwan Iqbal, 11 Jul 2013windows 8 in 920 not allow to zoom while recording video. Don't know about this. Battery of 92... moreI had a LG G2X brand new, and the battery didn't last for even 5 hours. So your Lumia 920 running at least a day is good! Like others smartphones, the average running time is a day or day and half with a bigger mAh battery.
It is not true that it has optical zoom. It's LOSSLESS zoom, but not optical. If optical, it would drop the f-aperture...
Lumia users don't need to worry about battery running low, every time we put it down it just charges automatically, lol!
mas39, 06 Jul 2013The Sony Z Ultra would completely thrash this in all benchmarks especially with the snapdragon... moreWhat kind of benchmark do you want. Its a windows phone fk-droids wont come close to the smoothness of the windows phone even samdung s4 cant beat lumia 520 in terms of smoothness
Rizwan Iqbal, 11 Jul 2013what will you do with your cellar hone when it's battery can't with stand a whole day or while... moremy Lumia 920 has no probs lasting all day on good use. so I cant se why this one will not.
brynn, 11 Jul 2013That's what I keep telling people ,,I take my digi camera to an event these Camphones are with... morewhat will you do with your cellar hone when it's battery can't with stand a whole day or while usimg cameraa it won't stay more than 4 hours.
Wow! Seeing a lot of hate about this phone. I personally haven't been this excited about getting a phone since the Samsung Galaxy S II and the Nokia N8 before that. The camera on this Lumia 1020 is the only thing that was missing from the Lumia 920 for me which is why I didn't get it. Well done Nokia. This phone is gonna be the best camera phone hands down. No manufacturer can please everybody. The iPhone 5 has its complaints, so does the Galaxy S4. Either you like the phone or you don't. Leave out the hate guys.
Wawater, 11 Jul 2013when will Nokia make a slim phone?.I love their OS but their phony so bulky;even heavy.Go for 925.... I guess you are living in stone age and din heard about it.Please be grateful for enlightening you
windows 8 in 920 not allow to zoom while recording video. Don't know about this. Battery of 920 just sucks now it's 2000mah battery won't stay for a whole day because of huge sensor and xenon flash. No expandable memory . No usb otg .. Limitations and limitations ... Another junk... Why don't they try to improve symbian or another oa that can even support android apps. And don't need a lot of cpu cores to run smoothly. Anyways i am happy with my 808 . Only problem .. No skype video call no viber call .. Rest ia fine for me . And one thing i need sygic for aymbian 808..
[deleted post]If Nokia is dead and nobody cares, so why you bother posting comments?
Are you jealous about this phone maybe?
Are you little on money can't afford?
The fact are you jealous don't hide the fact that you are a simple troll.
Droid Shah, 11 Jul 2013Better buy a high end Digital cam + Camcorder FHD Zoom 16x or higher than this a combination of phone and a camera is unbeatable u don don have to carry both of them separately its always good to have qualities of two things in one.
Sad sad sad nokia, i rather buy a Digital camera than waste money on buying this one. Ugly Design, Ugly FEATURES. Lack of Innovation. No card slot? Come on, Nokia has been left behind, no wonder if Nokia will be shut down officially next year 2014.
No SD Card?? Why??
Battery Not removable?? Not an usual Nokia.. Why??
No Java for windows phone?? Hmmm..
Nokia should think before a lot
You know your OS is not that appealing when you give more focus on the camera instead of what your OS can do.
it is not sth I've been waiting for ... sorry Nokia , ok processor is ok , but no change in design , battery , storage , ppi , size .... really boring. no need to switch from 920 to this stuff.
being constant with specifications becomes totally boring .925 , 1020 are big failures for this company , please don't produce any other flagship until you can upgrade features.
main drawback is 32 gb storage , why Nokia why????
There's a mistake: the month of both the announcement and expected release date on the specifications-sheet here says June, while the product was obviously announced in July, and will be released in the United States of America in July as well, while the global release is currently slated to begin during Q3 (which is the current quarter).
