AnonD-139514, 21 Mar 2014missing my lumia 1020...its been gone for replacement...finding android very boring..missing m... morebad luck hpe you will get it back soon I can understand the emptyness when you're forced to used Android again after a long time of WP use, hard to get used to lags and stutters.
Still enjoying this device, great smartphone. Even better with WP8.1 soon. No complaints about the device itself.
Though some WP features waiting in WP8.1 that I like to have. So let's hope it will be available soon after Build 2014 next month. Cannot wait.

I have an iPhone 5 and my son has the 5S. They really are good phones but, in my opinion, not of the same physical build quality of Nokia, even though Nokia is plastic.
iOS7.1 runs fairly smooth but Apple does not live up to expectations. The 1020 is by far superior as a phone, also as a handheld PC with native Office apps, it is by far a more secure OS than iOS and then there is the camera that is just light years ahead of iPhone.
I always used Iphones and last year I got a Lumia 1020 because I love taking pics but was linda dessapointed with the OS so 4 months after I got the Iphone 5S and 2 months ago I switched back to my Lumia 1020. You have to learn how to enjoy Windows Mobile and now I know and Im very satisfied so I use both phones. Lumia1020 with my personal mobile number and the iphone 5s with a data sim.
Hopefully the waiting for WP 8.1 won't take too long. I have two phones to upgrade to WP 8.1 and I barely can't waiting what this new update all brings.
I have got a Nokia Lumia 1020 since two months. Apart from two or three random reboots, I haven't had any problems and the overall experience has been very positive. But today, although the phone worked fine throughout the day and the battery was at 56%, it suddenly ceased to show signs of life. The charging didn't help. Of course, I found the solution in the internet. The solution consists in holding the volume down button and the power button together for 10 seconds, release them and then the phone reboots. It seems that the phone "needs" occasional manual reboots. It's a bit strange and unexpected issue.

Anonymous, 08 Mar 2014I think windows phone should provide stylus with phones like 1520 lumia kind off looks cool an... moreit really depends what you want in a phone and what you do with your phone! the best phone is the phone that suites you, not what other people say, the reason I picked 1020 is because of the camera, it really blows other phones out of the water and the video recording is great too!
