Pls, I had an accident with my phone lumia 1320 of recent and the phone is still under warranty, I took the the nokia care here in Abuja but I was told that the warranty does not cover the phone screen affected. Pls how true is this? And pls is there any place I can lodge the complaints like this or take it to because to change the phone screen gonna cost me a lot. Thank you

This phone is so very very good the battery life is nice and up to 2days.. no hungs or logs and all apps you download are going to micro sd card so the internal memory canot affect

hi im posting this thread so that people will know what to expect if they buy this very disapointing l1320,, expect your screen to get distorted after buying this product, expect theme line colors appearing on your start up screen, you will be doing soft reset once in a while( i had 3 soft reset done in a span of 6 days since i bought this),, i'm not against nokia or microsoft, i've been using nokia since 3210 days, and this is the first mid range phone that i bought that was really disappointing, microsoft only advise to do soft to hard reset. your phone will function smoothly after soft or hard reset for just a day then the same thing happens again then you'll do the same procedure over and over again.
Do not listen the trolls.
This phone is very very good, and works like a charm.
Fast internet, games, photos, full HD video recording.
One of the best phones I had so far.
Video recording with the back camera is amazingly clear.
15 months of use and it is a great phone. Have two back covers to change color when I like. Screen is good and the camera is nice too for a 5mo camera.
Battery is simply awesome, no other words for it. The phone is good for watching videos because of the screen and battery performances a also web browsing is good.
though it would be nice if USB otg was available. Hopefully with Windows 10.
I regret but this phone.No one should buy any product of Nokia.
Initially within the first 3 months i visited the service center almost 4 times as the phone was getting heat and also some times the phone would by default go to flight mode and not function properly. They even kept my phone for observation but nothing happened. They said it had some reboot issues and now its fine but i still faced it even after that.Unfortunately the next time i visited the center i had a crack on the screen and then they refused to look at my phone as they said that there is no warranty covered. They estimated the cost would be Rs 12000 even though the crack was negligible on one corner.After some day the phone was not getting switched on and than I decided to consult a third party. Still no fix. Now I am using my old phone and this Nokia 1320 is still lying without no use.The service provider know how to extract money from customers.I used it only for 3 months and then the faced a lot of issues. No one should by nokia gadgets.I regret , so you don't make a mistake.

Maybe its the card problem with the way its memory is utilized. Who knows?

Mine never got all those problem except sometimes its stuck it Nokia logo and you have to rebooted it to fix the problem.
