How can I get hold of a new battery, please? The old one does not recharge although the charger functions properly. 2000mAh batteries are on the market but not in my location, and this model appears to be working on an 8000mAh one.
I would appreciate your help. I find this tablet/computer ideal for my work.

Nahid, 21 May 2016Can i make a call 2520I have been using this tablet and keyboard everyday for more than two years for email and web. It has been a really good tablet. It cost £100&£15 for the keyboard. I have not used it for games or app's. Finding a 1080p screen on a budget device has until the recent Chinese influx has never been possible. Roll on the new 18 inch.

Great screen and fast processor. Only issue is that it is running Window RT and the limited applications that have been written for this OS. Power keyboard is nice addition and it adds two conventional USB ports on the back. I would not look to be moving up if the OS weren't orphaned.

This gadget has limited apps. You cannot download other apps from its store. The so-called power keyboard is very dear and at times it is not even recognized by the unit. I join the opinions of those other persons who say that there is no available charger in the market, the moment the charger conks out. I would like to know from its manufacturer how we can download apps that are not always available in its store.
