This tablet is excellent, but sadly Windows RT is an epic fail.
Intel need to get their arse into gear and release some low-wattage high-performance x86-64 CPUs so Nokia can release some hardcore tablets with Windows 8.1.
i loveing it, am going to sale my laptop and am going to buy it.........
am WAITING...... ;)
ayaan, 18 Jan 2014nokia,if u make an android phonewith this features uthe phone will get very popular every one ... morePlease do some research before saying anything.
Nokia is one of the company who refuse to accept android os. no doubts that nokia is actually the first one who have android concept when it first introduce symbian os which looks similar to android.
until android smash the market nokia symbian seems like dying and nokia give another try by develop meego, asha to no avail. they are good phone maker but because of refusing to work with google and android their market share for phone was highly effected.
Until nokia have no choice and they finally come out with the final try which is working together with Microsoft to pursue further and survive in the market.
Nokia has make a no return decision by refusing and rejecting android os.
Most of the key player such as Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Huawei, LG, Lenovo, Sony, etc are heading towards android, Nokia is the only one who did not accept because they were the top player in mobile phone market during the time whereby they believe they can control the market by using their system.
One thing nokia did not realize that is the current market strategy is not about the phone maker, is the operating system which make the phone looks great. For eg, I have no problem in using Xperia Z1 and Samsung Note 3 because the operating system is the same. both phones looks great.
Thanks for viewing.
AnonD-197962, 09 Jan 2014Windows RT + Poor spec= another Epic FAIL!!!!!!!!!The only epic fail is your comment when obviously the processor that this tablet has is top notch. Even when it waslaunched it was the first tablet with Snapdragon 800.

Olawunmi, 28 Jan 2014Good Product from Nokia are not the issue, but availability or what we can call segmented sell... moreI think they are just waiting for the app store to grow a bit more first, I could be wrong, but it is ridicules no one knows when this tablet is coming to Australia
Good Product from Nokia are not the issue, but availability or what we can call segmented selling. Nokia should ensure the Nokia Pad (2520) is available very where around d world.....
the phone/pad is a bam.........
What are the reasons Nokia Lumia 2520 is not available in Malaysia until today ( 26 Jan 2014) but here we have Nokia Lumia 1520. Apple and Samsung tablets are available few weeks after the launch but not Nokia tablet.
dlads, 22 Jan 2014Is the 800 really needed for this? I mean whats the heaviest app that windows mobile has to of... moretell that to the apple iPad air, the 64 bit is a waste plus what the use, it doesn't even have 2 gig ram
Is the 800 really needed for this? I mean whats the heaviest app that windows mobile has to offer, it surely doesn't need that much grunt so youre basically buying a v12 engine when you can only drive in a cul de sac.
Nice to show your mates but not really any use.
