Just upgrade yout phone from windows 8 to windows 8.1
It willl automtically upgrade the features of your storage which enable your phone to transfer your apps, musics, documents, pictures and even videos from your PHONE STORAGE to SD CARD. Just follow my instruction. I assure you.

bought one (unlocked AT&T )on 5/1/2016 from walmart.com. the power button is difficult to
activate, this phone software is also always updating here and there. returned after one day.
difficult to transfer contact from old phone to this phone. very frustrating.
I had BLU studio G phone, a lot better than Nokia lumia 520, Nokia is notorious for its software problem.
My Nokia lumia 520 can't access the networks and it's always saying it's on gsm mode
