Great value for money! Processor could have more horsepower for finishing loading some heavier apps. Some Swype type of option for text input would also be useful. Other than that, pretty good little phone. Pleasantly surprised with the clean look of WP8(got all the basic apps I need) and Nokia Music.
Its fabulous. It is a best phone under 10k also all lumia series is gona hit android. Its very fast and applications available in android are coming up in lumia. Also the battery backup is also awsome. All around its awsome...

@Pravat ... Yes dude me too facing the same problem and i have alredy done so many thing as instructed by nokia Care but its not yet been resolved ... just useless.. I guess Nokia CCE should take the training as they are not able resolve a simple issue ....
Its a poor phone. No video sharing and downloading. Rather choose an android. A total waste
voodoo, 01 Nov 2013Hi, I got the phone 2 days ago and it's awesome, regarding the Amber update i dunno about that... moreHi I did hear that new phones are being shipped with the Amber update, but still (16th November) no sign, I check updates every day. This is a serious flaw and should put people off going for Windows / Nokia phones. I already scrapped mine for general use and now have an Android. No comparison, decades ahead. I just keep the Nokia to see if one day the update appears. There is no info on the web from them (which is even more absurd), only that it is "available"! I work in IT and these people are not "serious". Thanks for your reply.

Its fast and smooth unlike my previous phone galaxy s duos. It was super slow and lagged constantly. So I decided to go for windows. I will buy the SD file viewer and see how it goes. Thanks. I really apperciate your assistance.
Joanna, 16 Nov 2013Hi NikiDroid, you seem to know much about windows phone. Pls I cant see my videos in my SD car... moreThank you for your reply.
You should know that Windows Phone is restricted for video, so although you have video files in your microSD or you download video using UC Browser, they won't appear in video hub. So, you can't see your video files in they are available in your microSD. You need a supported app for view your video files. Yes, the apps for do that are paid (maybe you need buy Kirik SD File Viewer too), for non paid video player I don't know. I had tried install free video player, it was useless, couldn't see files in SD card. I had sold my Lumia 520, gave up with many restrictions of Windows Phone 8 OS. The best way to make your video files to be seen in video hub, transfer them to phone memory using PC. Rather difficult right? While in Android I don't need do this for viewing videos.
NikiDroid, 16 Nov 2013Did you mean battery life? If you use it much, it's up to 4 hours only. Hi NikiDroid, you seem to know much about windows phone. Pls I cant see my videos in my SD card at the Video hub. I dont know what to do. But if I put my SD card in another phone I will see the videos. The are MP4 videos. Pls all the video players in the store are paidand I dont want to waste my money. Pls is there any video player that can view the videos in my SD card ? I would realy appreciate your help.
