just click on direct link and download or use a download manager
file will directly go to respective folder you can browse, play, share, rename, move or delete
in windows download with uc or other apps
step1 : export to video hub but it goes to music hub with.mp3 extension
step2 : switch on your pc ( must be windows 7 or 8)
step3 : connect with pc using data cable
step4 : go to organize Folder options
step5 : uncheck hide known file extensions click ok
step6 : find the file in phone
step7 : move file to video folder
step8 : rename file with video extension. ( you have to remember the correct extension of your downloaded files. Else it won't work)
repeat it for every file
step9: safe remove hardware
step10: change folder options to default
step11: turn of pc

.. Windows phone 8 truly rocks.
and the scenario is even worse if you have xp pc.
We have to something compromise, we can't get fully perfect
nothing is perfect in this world
