geo520, 25 Jul 2013Dude
Windows phone development is too slow
Windows Mobile platform started in 2000
On... moreWM has nothing to do with WP.
WP uses different kernel and programming language then WM.
Android is started on 2003 btw. And it took this many years for android to achieve stability.
While in WP, it's younger then Android but already more stable.
Just because WM and WP have windows in the first word does not mean they are the same. You better start researching before throlling.
If you got complains about Windows, complain at their forum not here.
wp8 lvr, 25 Jul 2013Ths thng is also right..
but here m only trying to answer u.. ths thng m talking for ur satis... moreI am also hoping for the best... But its so annoying they are not listening to customers basic needs...
Video and Audio sharing restrictions are so ridicules... You can't even send your own recorded files... Same time every other platform users are enjoying these features... It's so frustrating...
geo520, 25 Jul 2013Dude Windows phone development is too slow Windows Mobile platform started in 2000 On... moreI just said "still in developing", not fast. Yes, it slows, but I don't have choice, I had purchased Lumia 520 myself, sell the phone and buy a new one needs more money.
punya l520, 25 Jul 2013So I told u i dont care if there is any android or not..Android in this range is waste of money This phone is also a waste of money...
for example you can't even send a prerecorded video or audio via WhatsApp , WeChat, Facebook or any other application... can't save a audio or video from these apps...
and not going to get that functionality in future also... Coz in wp8 Video hub access is restricted for 3rd party apps...
But here some windows fan boys telling that... Omg... WhatsApp is a 3rd party app Microsoft can't do nothing with it... When WhatsApp introduce the feature you will get it... Huh
its better go to android even it has lower hardware. Coz with android you can fully utilize the hardware... But in windows you can't make use of your hardware..
Some are compaining about WP bugs. Keep in mind that WP is a new OS. And so far, it is the fastest OS in development. It took Android years to reach what it is now. Android became better starting Gingerbread. And became smoother in Jelly Bean.
But WP in just v8 now offer the smoothness which even android can't accomplish till now.
While regarding in programming, C# is a more optimized programming language which explains why WP is that smooth and good in handling memory.
While C# is a good programming language, it is also hard to program. Developers are still studying C# till now that's why not that many apps are available right now.
But in less than a year, apps will start increasing in a rapid speed once developers finish learning C#.
I'm not saying this as a fan boy but as a BSIT student who knows the different programming languages pros and cons and studying C# programming.
WP8 and Windows 8 both use C# now.
While C# is a very good stable language, the cons is that it is hard to program.
I just hope haters will just understand that WP is in development stage just like Android years ago. And WP is using a new language which even Android is scared to adopt because of the hardship rewriting the whole system using C#.
Instead of hating WP, you must admire them for taking the challenge.
