gud news is that ms provided almost all user requested features in wp8.1 n all knws file manager is #1 requested feature in ther usevoice site so we definetly get file manager also..

wp8.1 blue is too big.. a massive update..
the wp8.1 sdk which is leaked by developers is almost locked for more features which is hidden by ms.
ther r lot of things which r hidden by ms intentialy.
developers reported that file manager is ther but locked n hidden.
n sdk programs n documents mentions file manager everywhere.
main launch event of wp8.1 blue is at 2nd april 14 in ms build event.
so ms still hides lots of things for that event.
Lots of things still ther which was i forgot to write.
