This phone runs as fast as any high end flagship due to WP8. It will run same fast speed even after a year later or hundred of apps installed. Won't effect the performance. That's how Windows Phone was designed. Optimized for Snapdragon chipsets only.

The offer is valid only for the select India mobile Operators i.e Airtel India, Vodafone India, Aircel, ,Reliance Communications, Idea Cellular.

For the price of rs. 10,100 (Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh) or $162 this phone is exceptional. No android phone in this price range can match the performance of this phone. Sure most of the people opt for android devices but the phone quality and it's performance is not what you get at this price level. Phone's got high-end device look, good specs, and smooth functioning. What else do you expect from an entry level phone? And about windows phone, I think you have to give it a try!
