I think lumia 525 is very nice phone with 1gb ram...it is awsme...nokia has to sell this phone @ Rs.9,000...it is better than an android phone

AnonD-328, 31 Dec 2013It has been confirmed. @dr. moto.. no 1 confirms file manager is coming with wp8.1 blue.
on ms uservoice site moderator mark it as completed but after few hours he told sorry.. he was by mistaken mark file manager is completed.. understand.
no 1 knws what wp8.1 consists except leaked news notification centre, cortana, quick settings, seperate volume controls.. so dont mislead here.
wp8.1 is still a mystery for all.
