personally i would still recommend nokia 520 as its cheaper than this phone.
the reason is simple.1 gb ram is good only for games and nothing else....but yes it would have been a deal breaker if nokia has added flash (even low end nokia asha 502 and 503 has flash...come on nokia) and also a better battery. am 100% sure that the battery life will be poor like nokia 620.

Better than lumia 520 and have 1gb ram. If price less than 10k good otherwise Galaxy core and moto G is best option @11k -13k range in 2014.

Nokia must have added #Flash to this one
Without #Flash nokia have given Andoid a chance to grow
With Flash it will be a Gr8 Phone but nw.... :-(

Nokia make some improvement with all their *20 series..
Lumia 525= better ram than lumia 520
lumia 625=bigger screen than 620
lumia 725= dual sim version of lumia 720(coming)
lumia 925= less weight wilth aluminium body than 920
these are not real successor of *20 series, real successor *30 series will come with wp8.1
