So I've decided to go with either Lumia 630 or 525
525 over 630-
Slightly more compact
Higher PPI screen (better sharpness on paper)
1 Gb RAM
Lower SAR value
Has Proximity & Brightness sensors
630 over 525-
Quad Core Snapdragon 401 CPU
Fresher design
Build quality feels more premium
Gorilla Glass 3 + Clearblack display (better display in real world)
WP 8.1 out of the box
Larger screen with thinner bezels(0.5" though I'm ok with 4" too)
Price-wise in retail stores, the single-SIM 630 is actually a few bucks cheaper than 525!! Hence I'm inclined more towards the 630 as it's a brand new device and the 525 will soon feel dated although this is gonna be a 2nd fone for me, it's not a big issue.
So which one should I go for guys??

It's a fantastic device. Never problem occur in any of hardware or software till now. The demerit of this phone is it has no flash and front camera. Rest is awesome.

Im using this mobile i got 1day 7hours battery life after every charge and it takes very short time for recharge.
Those who installed developer preview will get update to upgrade to windows cayn sonn... Check with wpcentral.com

In India, wp 8.1 cyan update available for only 3 devices i.e 625, 925 and 1520. Remaining models still under testing
I think 525 will get update in august ending ...!!
