Features are good. Strenths good. Battery life isnt good. Has a good look. I sow some guys said that 'battery life not very good. But its getting better with 8.1 update'. Im telling u, nothing will change about battery life with that update. How do i know? Dude, im using this. No free apps(commen problem in windows). 8.1 update is very nise. Good phone. Dont play hd games every time and dont surf web every time if u want to save the battery power. What? U have a confution after my openion? Dont scare, buy it. Thats the best budget phone these days. Very fast. No lags. Very smart. But no java!

using it for last 3 month,awesome phone,don't know about other lumia but this is awsome,
initially when it was windows 8 i was a bit unsatisfied with the memory issue,but after the upgrade to 8.1 its brilliant.

josh vj, 09 Jul 2014When I will get win8.1 update for my Lumia 525 . steps to update your lumia device to windows 8.1
1.download PREVIEW FOR DEVELOPERS app from app store.
2.login your hotmail id in that app and register as a developer.
3.connect your device to wifi and your phone will show you an update
4.click on download update.
it'll take approxobe hour to download(approx 400 mb)
and thed some time to install it.
battery shoud be 100% charged or your device should connected to charger.

am using it since 2 and half monts
its working awesome,no lag
amazing phone,
but if u prefer android then go for nokia x series,
giinee m2 is just power bank nothing else,
it have 4200 mah battery..but poor screen

I am in a big confusion should i go for lumia 525 or gionee M2 ?? m2 has much better features luk dual camera flash touch focus n even processing speed. But i am not sure about the quality and damage resistance of gionee fones. Is gionee a good company?? wich is more durable for rough use?? 525 or M2??
