This makes it possible for you to install all WP apps (only a tiny fraction ~.5% is incompatible with 512MB). If you think the price hike is worth the extra RAM and more importantly, you have to use such heavy apps, then go for 525. Else, 520 is just as good.

PS: almost all apps would run on lumia 525 but not on 520.

Guys don't buy lumia series .. useless phone ..... I was bought lumia 525 .....useless nd boring phone not user friendly ..iterate nine menu ...not at all a entratain er........waste of buying it. ...no resale value. .........
