The ringer is too low, it only vibrates once. With the speaker volume on high i can hardly hear the caller. it needs a stupid software to connect to any computer giving limited access to the phone. Very poor nokia. Waste of money. Damn it. Its not a smart phone it doesnt even download its own updates. it has limited storage capacity its slow, videos stop working after a while. camera works only in good lighting, poor picture when zoomed. Very very poor windows phone an they are trying to promote bing as a search engine not giving the option to use google outside internet explorer

This phone won't even give you a warning if your SMS wasn't sent, especially when you run out of load without knowing it, to the people in Microsoft please improve this software of yours, I already updated it to windows 7.8 but still not satisfied, make a full scale new version from scrap and release the update, It feels like being robbed when I bought this phone, I am even more satisfied at nokia's Symbian, belle and other os than windows, if I liked this phone it should be the one I'm using now than the n8 and galaxy s3

I am using this phone for a while and i am very happy with this windows phone.
for all those plastic android users ...u can never understand this phone coz u need to be smart and intelligent to use a windows phone .it has everything right from Bluetooth sharing to songs & videos downloading .and the best part is OFFICE in it. smooth UI . definitely the best in windows class
