I came across an article on Gizbot a week ago which mentioned that lumia 620 will be released in India on feb 28(online stores). But it will be available in stores from 1st week of March. No info on pricing. One can only guess it from the way it is priced in other countries. cud be about 15k.
Watch out for those who don't know this yet, nor nokia neither htc enables to disable haptic feedback on fucntion buttons. For some it doesn't matter but for me and many others it is a deal breaker. If haptic feedback iritates you don't buy, only samsung of windows phones enables to disable :)

This is only NokiaFan boy statement. We don't need excuse. We need phone.
Delay only show Nokia insufficiency. That's all.
so many crying kids...IT IS NOT RELEASED YET. STOP CRYING NO ONE CAN GET IT FROM STORES. ( or just a few coutries) EUROPE DONT HAVE IT .. Unlock your brain and insert logic to it! If you like it, w8 for it.. if you dont then go buy a korean smartphone (samsung).
You think that they can release it but they are waiting and laughing with you guys ? Are you serious ? You wanna buy a phone that have problems just because you are inpatient kids ? OMG I CANT STAND THIS -_-
dante, 18 Feb 2013Ya i wil buy it only if price would be lower than 15000 INR other wise ill go for galaxy grand the price is about rm600-800 in malaysia. i want something different. like almost everyone wants to buy samsung or apple brands. not many want to use lumia. plus i think lumia's OS is quite cool. plus plus nokia product is long lasting compared to other brands i think.
Suga, 20 Feb 2013STOP,STOP please guys stop bullshitting here, 620 wont be 20,000 rupees, tht source site menti... moreEven if Nokia launches 520/720 at WMC, looking at current speed, these handsets will be available in India only around 2013 end or early 2014. We don't have patience to wait for so song.
As L620 is available in other countries, we are keeping the watch of its price and after considering conversion rates, evaluate the expected price. No official statement about release date/price announced by Nokia till date for L620.

Nokia need to prioritize India. Samsung is releasing all android phones within a month of global release.
Nokia has a great chance steal the market share in India from android if it releases Lumia’s early. Because of the late releases its also losing to S3′s and oneX’s price-wise.I think Nokia will report the same number of sales in q1 as in q4 even though WP8 available for whole quarter. This is because of the exclusivity of 920 to one carriers and delayed launch of Lumia 620 in major markets like India
i think nokia should launch it in india quickly. the price should be under 10k bcoz other mobiles like lumia 920 & 820 , apple iphones , htc , samsung mobiles going very high priceing so nokia should launch it for honestly under 10k. the nokia will not get down bcoz a lots of ppls will buy it. jai hind
This is perhaps the most unfortunate news at the moment. The Indian market is one of the most valued for Nokia and the response for Lumia has also been great. When Nokia can launch the phone in Pakistan, why not in India? At the moment of writing, Nokia is the fourth largest smartphone maker in India (behind Samsung, Micromax and Sony) and there is no phone from a reputed brand with dual core processor, front cam and expandable memory at the price range 620 is expected to launch. This is a mega opportunity missed.
