AnonD-86821, 07 Dec 2012Check it again.. It says 'SOME' not 'ALL'.. Which is even applicable for droid or iOS apps.. ... moreSome will not work at all and some of those who will work will not run optimal. Why have so good processor as Dualcore S4 and then have only half the RAM that Microsoft recommends? How much does 512MB cost nowadays? A few bucks only, but thats not the problem, the problem is that this phone would be too good and compete with the Lumia 820 if it didnt have this rather big handicap. They should have made it at least 768MB, would have helped performance a lot.

So if someone wants best value for money, why to post some negative opinions.. Of course you can mention the link as a thought before buying but finally one has to decide
Dont get too exited, this phone does not meet the requirements for some apps and games, go and read it yourself in the marketplace.
"Some apps and features won't work on phones with less than 1 GB of RAM. To see how much memory your phone has, check the manufacturer's website or your phone's documentation."
So much for "WP is not like android, it runs well on lesser hardware". Sure...
AMOLED or a good LCD display and over 1500mah battery would b better. want it below Rs.20,000. even after 3-4 months I would like to buy around Rs18,000.

rupinr, 07 Dec 2012Wow... Definitely gonna buy it.. Currently I own Omnia WOmnia W is teh most amazing phone. But for the bluetooth transfer issue, WP 7.5 is just breathtaking.
Now WP 8 is going to be even more awsome !

I would kill for one !
sanjid, 07 Dec 2012soooo nice phone it is... but high priceHigh Price ?
AnonD-84572, 07 Dec 2012looking at the specs its will cost between 15-20k in india..Where on earth did u get that Rs 12,500 figure ?
250 USD would mean about Rs 14-15000 normally, but could be Rs 17000 to be more realistic.
Alsothe Lumia 510 is an awsome phone, but lack of Bluetooth file transfer in Windows Mango and upcoming 7.8 is so nerve wrecking. Also with just 256 MB of RAM ( though it amazes with its speed) , it is definitely a low end phone.
And you don't eve know that a Lumia 505 with 256 MB RAM and single core 800 MHz processor is also in teh works ! It would be priced at about Rs 10 K when it lands here. Now what do u have to say to that ?
