My whole family uses nokia from many years not a single problem is there. Even i am using lumia 720 for almost 1 year not a single problem is seen it depends on where u take how u use

One of my friends had a nokia c6-01...he accidentally droepd one bottle of watter on his phone (He was drunk..he he)...he tried to switch on the mobile..but it became dead..nxt day he brought it to the nokia care..they check it and said we found water in your phone..so u will not get warranty. .your display, circuits, touch pad all are damaged...you hv to pay 9000 rupees for repairing...my friend decided not to repair the mobile..bcoz it too costly...but one day I told him to go anothe nokia care which was newly opend..he did...they kept the mobile for one day..and nxt day they told him that the repair cost will be only 475 rupees ..we were asked..one asking 9000..and another only 475...later we came to know that the first nokia care was a fraud.they lost their authority from nokia

no any care center force or demand you to deposit rs.2000 before chack ur phone. problem.

Even I paid Rs 4000/- for replacement of broken Nokia C7 gorilla glass screen on 17th july 2013.

I have been a NOKIA fan for the last 10 years or so and that's just because of their service I have experienced for many models. I remember my NOKIA 6300 had heating problem. I reported it at the service centre in a week. And they gave me token number and aaked to follow up the next day. When I called the next day, I was politely informed that my handset had problems and NOKIA was sorry for the inconvenience and my case was approved for a replacement. I got a replacement handset (brand new pack piece) in 3 days. This is absolutely true. You may call me on 919881441229 at Pune, India. And all the NOKIA mobiles I bought have made me happy. Am still using a X2-00 (bought new 3 years back) and E72-1 (bought second had 6 months back). Shall be shortly buying NOKIA XL OR LUMIA 630. Am brainstorming currently which one to close on. LOng live NOKIA and their wonderful phones. Feel sorry for you.

PB, 05 Jul 2014Those days are gone far when Nokia was a trustable brand, now Nokia is only a bull..it brand a... moreI cant believe that nokia provides such a pathetic service..u may b lying...no customer service ask for 2000 rupees to just open the mobile..I had a nokia lumia 710...and I bricked my mobile two times when I was trying some experiments on my lumia 710..and my phone becomes dead...actually I should not get warrenty as I tried to modify my mobile...but nokia care every time replaced my dead lumia 710 with a new one within 12 days

Those days are gone far when Nokia was a trustable brand, now Nokia is only a bull..it brand and the guy who blabbers an add in tv ..honestly Nokia lumia 630 is a bulls.it phone ….. My sister brought this phone by mistake without consulting me. After one and half month it started to get heat up and hang multiple times. Even after many restarts same thing was happening. When she took it to the service center they said.. you have to deposit RS2000 first and then we will open the phone to find out this problem is due to phone or any mistake from your end. Just imagine… what kind of fuc..ing service support. She was worried and just came back now finally she stopped using this phone and wend back to her old Samsung. So guys be careful of this brand and be careful you can be a next victim

x droid user, 05 Jul 2014Is there any facebook notification problem?..I heard that FB notification comes very slow on W... moreall these problems r resolved now
1- whatsapp had problems few months ago but microsoft n whatsapp team worked togather last month and resolved all problems of whatsapp.. now app runs awesome with superfast speed. no notification delay problem now..
2- now official facebook messanger app is available which works awesome n about facebook app microsoft renewed the facebook app with help of facebook team.. now app works supersmooth..
and lots of other 3rd party apps.
