You can also check, "settings" --> "extras+info" to see what version of Lumia updates you have on your Lumia 630.

mohit, 13 May 2015awsome phone bt only problem is that hw to click picture of 5 MPUnder the Camera "settings" check the "Aspect ratio". Does it say 16:9? At 16:9 it will crop the image so you will not be getting full 5MP photos. To get the full 5MP you need to set the aspect ratio to 4:3.

Try this URL to "Words with Friends" in the USA store: http://tinyurl.com/olelmdb Click "Install". You must then sign in to your Microsoft account you used when you set up your Phone. If it doesn't let you install, it will have an option on the webpage, "Check my Store". Click that link, and it should take you to the app, if it is listed in the Store for your country.

1. Go to the phone and tap settings > time + date > set the time, date and time zone manually. Once this is done, go back to settings > emails + accounts > tap and hold the Microsoft account > select the sync option.
2.If above fails are you prompted for a password? If so, enter the password.
3. If this fails sign in with the Microsoft account at /login.live.com/login with the account you are using on the phone. Go to security info and look for the option related to two step verification. If this is currently ON, you will have the option to create an app password. Please create one and then enter this in the password field on the phone.
4. If all above fails I am afraid the only other option is to reset the phone and try adding this account at initial set up. If this fails, try adding a different Microsoft account to the phone. This test will tell us if your issue is with the phone or your account.

It worked since I got it in August, it worked right up until ... moreHold down the volume rocker and power button for about 5 seconds till the phone vibrates once and the screen goes blank then let go of the buttons. The phone will restart. See if that improves things.

Kishywishy, 03 Jun 2015Dear Experts.. Is it possible to enable "tap to wake up" feature on my nokia lumia 630?No, Kishywishy. Double-tap-to-wake requires a Proximity Sensor. Lumia 630 does not have one.
If it did, "Wake up" would show as an option in the "touch" menu under "settings".

It worked since I got it in August, it worked right up until I fell asleep last night. Then it all of a sudden would not turn on, so I had to activate the screen using the charger. And then my phone is being really slow and won't charge. I do not understand what could be going on with it other than, yes, it is a faulty design.
